The girl that took my order was super nice and sweet, the two making the drinks where bizy talking to each other no one was trying to connect and get to know the guest in the lobby. This Strang guy walked out of the back and talking to a girl who may have been a surprise but not sure was an odd interaction.

Loved our cream cookies Frappacchino, grand cappuccino, hot chocolate.They were easy to offer tips on how to keep hot chocolate with less sugar levels.Restrooms are good too.It's near the I40 highway.Parking: It's near the I40 highway and convenient.

Upon walking in, I noticed boxines of merch or inventory stacked in the corner of the sitting area (taking up a good bit of space). In addition, the tables had food remnants left behind, and the floors looked like they had not had attention in a week or so.During ordering, I asked for some assistance in recommendations for a strong beverage.I was met with absolute annoyance that I did not have my *^%* together...During ordering an employee working, the drive-thru lost control of emotions and started yelling to himself/herself and proceeded to slam doors ??♂️!?Upon getting our order, we found the food cold in the center (refrigerator cold). But the flavor was good..

Terrible attitude from the ‘manager’. they’re getting their roof redone (comically bad timing for this), and refused to turn off order ahead. When I stated I did not want to wait in a line that would take 40 minutes, they told me I was giving THEM a hard time, and had a hateful attitude. Lost a customer today due to their own lack of communication and understanding! But this is also the worst Starbucks in the state, so I wouldn’t recommend going here anyway <3

We're traveling home & decided to stop at Starbucks for a coffee... we drove thru the Starbucks at Weir & Parkway... made an $18 order of 3 coffees... got back on the Highway to find out that the 2 caramel Macchiato's tasted like hot water w foam! So I make a call to the store to let them know... They say no refund & that they cannot do anything about it unless we turn around & come back for them to remake... We're too far to turn around now... Lesson for us....TASTE YOUR COFFEE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU! Next time it's 7BREW across the street!
