Went to the store on parkway in Russellville, AR I ordered on line when I got home both sandwiches were wrong so I call and the young lady was rude and hung up on me . Will call manager in the morning but not expecting much

The worst Subway in Russellville. They are unprofessional and they don't pay attention to my food order. They got my sandwich wrong completely and when I tried contacting them they picked up the phone and hung it up bcs they didn't want to even bother speaking to me . I wasn't even able to tell them what the issue was . They picked up the phone just to hang it up. I can't express enough to u just how disrespectful and rude service that is. I will not be coming back . Your night employees need to be replaced for me to even come back.

I had a very poor experience. I ordered a 6 inch with bacon and ham and they gave me two pieces of each meat. Then, they loaded it with lettuce. Very unsatisfied.

I went to subway to get my daughter a food today around 330-4 and the manager was very rude. Food was delicious though. The young gentleman who took our payment and handed us our food was very kind. Management needs to find another place of employment if she doesn't like her job.

Horrible just horrible. I sent my brother to get my order and to let him get something for himself. I gave him a sheet of paper to let the person know how I would like my sandwich. To the lady working tonight. October 17, 2022 at approximately 5:15 pm, that was making sandwiches shame on you. I am a disabled woman who on my bad days can not leave the house due to my health and you did not respect my way of ordering. I've had a heart attack and stroke this year and I have epilepsy. You were rude, disrespectful to my brother and to top it off you sling my sandwich together just to make a point. (As of now, Im Having to have my brother write this review for me). I will be calling corporate. I've been in the customer service industry for 29 years total. I know what it is like and to the person who made the sandwiches tonight, find another job, get out of this business before you ruin your name in this industry. I had to go back and ask to have my sandwich remade. When I went in the person who made the sandwiches went to the back of the store and another sweet lady remade my sandwich and apologized for her. I told her thank you ,but she should not have to apologize for someone else. While I was there I did not ask to be refunded or anything else. Just wanted to have my sandwich remade. So in the end I had to leave my home to get something done right, even though it put me at risk for another episode.So I can say for this place they have no compassion for disabled or the elderly.

They need someone to answer the phone and deal with the drive-thru!! Been sitting 20 min waiting to order in the drive -thru bc they don't answer the phone! Ugh
