The first image was what I ordered. The second is what I received... how do you mess up so bad and not call the customer to let them know that you're out of pound cake? Thoroughly disappointed.

Very disappointed. Although the server was friendly, it did not make up for the delay in getting the food delivered to the table, the lukewarm food items, and the rancid taste of the pancakes. The food was prepared in somewhat timely fashion and then sat on the kitchen window counter for at least 10 minutes before it was delivered. During that time, the woman who seemed to be in charge looked at the order several times and never made an effort to get the food out to the table. Evan after I mentioned to our server that I thought it was our food that has been sitting there, she went off and did other things before bringing the food to us. Needless to say, things were neither hot nor even warm. Although when the server brought the food and said that the cook could re-do something that was not right after I I again said something about it being so long sitting there, she never came baqck to check on this until we were finsished and needing a to-go box. At that point, I was unwilling to wait more time for anything to be re-done. Then, on top of the food temperature, the pancakes had a rancid aftertaste, like the oil for the grill was bad. I mentioned it to the server, but again, this was so late ijn the visit that waiting for a re-do was not acceptable. Well, to then make matters worse, when I got the bill and went to pay, they over-charged us for an extra coffee. When I brought that to the cashier's attnetion I also again mentioned the food delays and the rancid taste of the pancakes. It was like talking to the wall, as she only stated that she would get the added coffee off the bill (since I did not have a coffee). No offer to reduce the cost of the unedible portions of the mean, nothing. We will nto be returning to this restaurant. Such a dispappointment and waste of $60.

Worst sausage gravy I ever had but all restaurants have the worst sausage gravy because after they cook the meat and the grease they need to add the salt and pepper let it get hot and dissolve add the flour and then scorch it till it's almost burnt colored then add half milk half water bring it to a boil and it will have a great tent to it not white like all restaurants gravy is that's why they're gravy is so bland tasting no flavor all it is is flour and milk they do not take the time to scorch that flour in their Grease

Today my husband dined @ Denny's. We both were very pleased with our meals today. I had the blt wit fries & my husband had a mo'mozzarella burger with fries. There was a few trips out there that the food was lacking but today it was fresh, quick & yummy. Our waitress was Regina and she did an outstanding job taking care of us today. Regina had a smile on her face and was so friendly. we will be placing Denny's back in the top of our local rotation of places to eat.

New GM is great. Wait staff was awesome. We were greeted at the door and promptly seated. This is a huge change, I have been eating here for 12 years and they have now made a huge step forward. Great job.!!!!!!!!

I mostly eat at Denny's locations in truck stops. At best they are mediocre. In the trucking industry your choices are very limited for a sit down meal. The traditional truck stop restaurant is a thing of the past. When Flying J started putting Denny's in their truck stops I was a little excited only to be disappointed. Food quality went down, prices went up and service was just so-so. I was pleasantly surprised this morning at the Russellville, Ar location. The food was really good, the service was fantastic. The prices are a corporate thing so overall I give this restaurant an A+. Hopefully tips will reflect what a good job they're doing. Everybody tip them well! They deserve it!

I walked into Denny’s in the truck stop. I’m haven’t eaten in a Denny’s since I was a kid in T-town. They seemed to be following all the protocol with the Covid Virus. I came in at noon looking for sustenance. I was shocked at the vegan/vegetarian/ gluten free/pescatarian options..... Seriously!!!!!! Beyond Burger, Wild Salmon, etc. I ordered scrambled eggs and hash browns. Pretty good and definitely hit the spot. Well if you ever find yourself in Russellville, Arkansas check out Denny’s.
