One of the kids ordered a Biggie bag, and we drove off before we realized they never handed us a drink. So running back in, my husband came back with extra fries and said they apologized and offered him free fries! Great save! .... I hope we didn't get someone else's forgotten fries!!

Im really disappointed that Wendy's no longer has their grilled chicken sandwich ? for people like me that cant do fried. I had to go next door and grab a lunchable while my group ate there. I asked how hard it would be to take the grilled chicken from their wrap and get a bun and i could have put it together myself. I was told they couldn't do it. so no more Wendy's for me.Dietary restrictions: looked for grilled and they didnt have it i was trying to see if theybwould take the grilled chicken from the wrap and give me a bun they wouldn't do it.

The ghost pepper chicken sandwich was outstanding! It was very spicy, so be prepared. It was also ready 30 seconds after I ordered it. I was concerned it had been sitting, but it was fresh and the fries were hot. Good service too.The only down side is that they don't take Pilot Reward points, even though they're literally inside the Pilot.

Just received the driest spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had from one of the Wendy's locations. That is a sandwich that should always be made fresh! If I could consistently get that meal fresh and delicious I would be inclined to go at least two times more than I do now. No workers take pride in their jobs and no businesses take pride in their product anymore!
