Headed home after a very long Spring Break, and this Zaxby's in Russellville was in our path. Very few customers for a beautiful Saturday at lunchtime. So we got our food fast and it was outstanding. The youngest had the Chicken Nibblers, which she inhaled. The wife got the Southern Fried shrimp deal, and I went for the old reliable #1 Chicken Finger plate. Nothing was left when we departed 26 minutes later.

Stopped here at 8:00 in the evening and ordered. The fries were cold and soggy, definitely had been under the warmer for a long time. There are better places to eat in Russellville.

The new grilled Chicken Philly sandwich was very good. The bun was soft & moist and the philly flavors were great.Their seasoned fat crinkle fries were enjoyable.

I didn't even go in. Because I already know there is something extremely deceptive about a place that does not put prices of their menus. Especially for something small like a chicken wing. Oohhh no.. nope not me. I know better. It means their asking way to much for something that has no culinary skills to make.
The ice machine is gross with mold. The doors and windows are dirty.

Would very much appreciate Zaxby's specifying on the door and on the website the different hours if the lobby has DIFFERENT hours than what is listed on both the doors and website. When customers, like my family, show up to give Zaxby's business and dine in WELL BEFORE posted hours say Zaxby's stated hours close, we are not thrilled to be told "sorry, the lobby is closed" after we all have entered the restaurant. The heads up on the door & website would be nice, and we would know to take our business elsewhere without the frustration and hassle.
