This by far must have been an off night, I'm hoping. If the food is this bad every night I don't know how they make any money ??. Paid 30.00 for food not fit to eat.... And being that I had it delivered I'm stuck with my choice for supper, think Leo will be eating good tonight and I'll eat a turkey sandwich.Step up your game Arby's of Searcy this was ridiculous.

The turn overs they put inside the package while they are hot then all the frosting which I love is stick to the bag! This happens all the time.. why not just wait until they cool and put them in packages that way I can get the damn frosting too?

the most horrible food ever eaten, the fish sandwich was soggy, not cooked well,and cold, the curly fries were cold must have been cooked over an hour prior to getting them, the chicken nuggets were cold and hard, even the diet Coke didn't taste good,. I eat at Arby's in Jonesboro, Arkansas all the time and it's always been fresh and warm/hot, very disappointed in our order, trufully we wasted $16.00, because we didn't eat the mess, thru it away, went up the street to Hardee's and actually got some fresh well cooked food

Food:I got the Cheesy Bacon Burger Meal well done, with large fries and a large soda.The Burger was fully cooked, fresh, and delicious. I would delicious get it again.The curly fries were perfect. The soda was great, not flat, not watery, or weird.Service:Excellent. The staff were fast, courteous, and helpful. The woman who gathered our order was efficient, the young man who made my food, not only did a splendid job, but was also very personable, another man who gave us our drinks was very kind and helpful, making sure we got everything we needed.Atmosphere: We felt welcome, the lobby was clean, they didn't waste our time... it was lovely.
