Dry chicken. Pretty sure it's days old. It tastes like it was left out for days. Dry. And fishy tasting. Disgusting. I very rarely eat here and this is why. Each time I order here something like this happens. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Fries weren’t salted. The Manager abigail was rude and kept cutting off my wife. Asked for ranch and got hateful with us. Then she didn’t even give straws for our drink and we couldn’t ask because as soon as she gave our food and drinks she slammed the window in my wife’s face.

First of all we love Burger King but, this location is horrible. Not only is the service really bad but, the food is terrible. The workers look like they dispise their job. When we walked in we said hello and nobody said a word to us. So rude. And guess who was at the counter... THE MANAGER!!!! Her name is Abigail by the way. I am posting pictures of the food. I told the manager all of our food was soggy and we couldn't eat it but, she only refunded me for my Burger. Not even the whole meal which I didn't eat because I couldn't have my burger with it. Anyway- just thought I'd let anyone know that might be thinking about stopping by here for a nice Burger King burger and fries with your family that this is NOT the place to go! VERY DISAPPOINTED...

So much better than the arches, but then a sharp stick in the eye is better than the arches.
My son loves to eat at BK & they always treat him very nicely there. I'm awaiting the new BK that is being built!! Super excited about it & my son is too!!Kid-friendliness: They are very kid conscious, and caring about childrens needs & wants!! Thanks BK!!

I went through the drive thru and I had a pretty big order but the lobby was closed. After each item i ordered the employee kept asking questions but when I would go to order she would cut me off. Of course they do not repeat the order to you. So I go to the window pay and get my drinks then I am told to pull around. No biggie I had a big order. But when our food comes out and I check it the one burger that was supposed to be plain has everything on it. I go back through the drive through line and let them know. Get to the window and the lady starts saying I asked you multiple times and I said yes you did but you kept cutting off. She says well you need to pull around. When she brought my plain burger back out she started in again I asked you multiple times and I stated yes you did but you wouldn't let me talk. She stated well I have to get your order ready as I am taking it. I tried to explain I was not mad mistakes happen. She said didn't care either bc she asked me multiple times. This was the worst service I have ever received.

It was OK. We hit the drive thru for some large fries. They were fresh and hot, but we were still kinda disappointed, it was the ONLY item we ordered, and it wasn't full when we got it. Value for money just isn't there right now, and they know they've got ya if its BK you're wanting with the other location closed down for remodel/repairs. Well, the cashier was friendly, so there's that I suppose.

The food was fine, typical Burger King; nothing great, nothing bad. Fries were hot and fresh. Leaving this review because the young man and the counter was rude to me. He was mumbling the whole time while taking my order and had a bad attitude. I had to come back because my order was missing incorrect. The same guy met me at the counter. I showed my receipt and he rolled his eyes at me and began to waddle around in circles while my food was being made.
Today is the first time I tried since the remodel and all I can say is wow. I was very impressed. The service was quick, my order was accurate, and most importantly my food was fresh and hot!
