I stopped in at this Hardee's on 3/8/24 Eclipse day....I ordered a hamburger. Frys.and a drink..the service was very good...friendly...the food was good and fast and hot...in and out in 10 minutes.....

Once my favorite fast food restaurant. This location has turned me away from Hardee's. Too expensive for cold, dried out, subpar burgers cooked and served by people who doesn't want to be there. Loved the loaded omelet biscuit but the last several, I thought they were mistakenly just giving me an egg biscuit with cheese. Way too expensive for it to not to be adequately prepared.

2:30 am on a trip to MO with my kids. We stopped in to get some breakfast. The restaurant was open but nobody paying attention to the customers waiting in line. The music they were playing was so loud and vulgar including the "N" word, that I couldn't subject my kids so we left without ordering.

When you order breakfast, if you do not leave a tip, they will give you the old biscuits. Let me be clear when I say this..... If you do not leave a tip in addition to what you made for your meal, will not receive fresh food. This is the third time this has happened to me. I will tip a waitress who makes $2 per hour, but under no circumstance will I tip someone that works in fast food that makes at least minimum wage.

I ordered a 5 chicken tender meal on the app and it wouldn’t let me make them Nashville hot, so naturally I go up to the counter and ask to have that changed and even told them that I would pay the difference. I don’t know who she was, but a girl in the back whom I assume was making them for us immediately spat out that she could not do that because of the price difference (mind you I already made clear I would pay the difference if there was one.) well, I brushed it off but it still upsets me when I look back into the app and see that it’s only 10 cents extra to have the seasoning put on the chicken tenders. I’m not kidding when I say she went on a 5-10 minute rant about how she could not do it no matter what. She was extremely unprofessional and on top of all of this she took forever to make them when we and one other person were the only ones in the lobby. I’m upset, and I’m going to add a picture of the chicken tenders to show how she seasoned them after all this. One of them doesn’t even have the seasoning on it.

Well the lettuce should never been put on the burger should have been for the salads n plz really that tomato oh n there was no ketchup. Just a regular single no mustard no cheese so yeah.

Went through here. Ordered a chicken biscuit. Got about 2 miles down the road and discovered a piece of egg in there about the size of a teaspoon so I turned around. Went back. Got my money back cuz they told me it would be 5 minutes before they could get the sandwich to me. Didn't apologize. Didn't have any excuse but this is the third time I have had a problem like this at this Hardee's I think they are accustomed to people wheeling in off the interstate ordering and getting back on the interstate and not wanting to turn around and mess with the hassle of getting their food correct? But somebody needs to do something about this Hardee's it is consistently absolutely horrible and you're lucky. If you even get what you order, check your bag fries. The last time I got them there were and I am not exaggerating cold. Not even lukewarm but somebody needs to get a new manager in this place because this place is absolutely ridiculous
