This location needs new management because it clearly isn’t being ran properly. I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and no one was on headset taking orders. There was a line to the road and I was watching cars drive away because there was no one taking orders. This same thing has happened multiples times. I pulled around the building and seen an employee outside on their phone. I have experience in restaurant management and I would NEVER allow this kind of service.

This is the WORST McDonald's ever. I went through the drive thru and someone's took my order, was told to pull around to the window for my total just to figure out no one put my order in so on top of the 25 minutes I had to sit in line I also had to wait while they figured out what to do. Clearly they need some more help but that was ridiculous if you can't handle 2 drive thrus they clearly don't need them.

Excellent! Everything was great! My food was served Hot!! Served quickly ,I got the Quarter pounder , cooked to perfection with the lightly toasted Bun. This will be my go to McDonald's.
