“I did an online order for a 12inch and only got a 6inch. Usually I wouldn’t care but I live on the other side of town, and having to drive back to get my remake was a pain. But the older lady who helped me was super sweet and fixed my remake. She even gave me a cookie for the trouble.“
“The young man that was helping me realized he had bread to take care of waited for him to do his job he apologized and thanked me for being patient said no son I love your work ethic he wasn't sure how to take that but he was by himself said his other workers were on a break and he had 4 people lined up but did his job I was empressed by him that's what we need he needs to be promoted or at least given a raise“
“These two women were both working the counter during rush hour. They were pretty busy, but we're handling it really well. As we were having our sandwiches prepared, a large group of Harding students came in (they were all wearing game day stuff). They were extremely loud and kept asking d*** questions to the staff and then laughing at the answers. The went in and out of the store multiple times (some had started their orders and just left). I felt SO bad for the employees, but they handled it really well. The kids eventually all left and from what I know didn't come back. The staff looked properly stressed, but I cannot express enough the amount of patience these ladies had! If I knew what to say I would've stepped in but honestly I didn't know what to do either.“
“Had a terrible time at the subway across town on Beebe Capps. I came to the race street one to get what I needed. The young man working the closing shift on 2/6/24 needs a raise. He was in there by himself hustling to serve 8 people and had like 4 to go orders to make. He moved so fast and correctly that it didn’t take him long to get through all those orders and keep his line down. He was so fast and friendly. So sweet and even though we had to wait in line he maintained conversation with everyone while he proceeded to get all the orders correct. THIS KID NEEDS A RAISE!“
