Started out really well, our potato skins had so much salt i was able to scrape it off with my knife. Our food came out and my sons steak was over cooked, my herb crusted chicken was black and very dry. We tried to let our server know, but did not see him until time to pay. When the manager did a walk through, I was trying to let her know about our complaints but she seen our drinks was empty and walked away, even with me yelling for her. We sat with empty glasses for the entire meal. After we recieved our to go box we waited for the ticket, 20 min later our server appears and asks "why are yall still here?" We stated we was waiting on a ticket, he turned around the ziosk, not saying anything, we was unaware that we used that to pay. Very disappointed in the service and food.

I ordered 2 12oz medium well ribeyes to go. Believe me if I had eaten in, they would have gotten them back. Worst food I've ever tried to eat. Steaks were burned up, like eating shoe leather. Needless to say, I'll be going back to Coltons for my steaks.

We dine at Texas Roadhouse at Benton regularly, and food is always excellent! This is the first time at new Texas Roadhouse in Searcy, and we weren't disappointed. We got there early, and the wait time was not excessive, but if you go around 7 pm, or later, your wait time will be considerable because it is so popular.Parking: Parking lot was almost full, but I found a spot fairly quickly.

Livid! Do not call in for wailist for large party. We checked in upon arrival and have been here 1 hr and just checked again to be told we were never entered and skipped over! Hostess tried to deflect and say it wasn't their fault when I had a discussion with male(who was new?) about not getting text from original phone call. I WAS in the system though. Terrible experience. Ours in NWA is so much better!

Came in with a group of people and spent a lot of money ordered a New York strip and they brought out a 6 ounce sirloin steak and the manager lady was so very rude and said she knew what kind of stake it was we sent it back to be cooked more and the guy who brought it back asked who had the 6oz sirloin so therefore the cook new it was not what we ordered they never offered to fix it and when you pay that much money on food and the manager was just uncalled for The managers attitude was just uncalled for we still never got

We enjoyed the service and the food. Buuuut... the music was so loud we were yelling to be heard. This was a nerve rattling volume The waitress was top notch and she too had trouble hearing us. What are you going to do about the volume?
