Had an excellent latte there. Perhaps I'll share experience with the food after I try a few items.Nice thing about this place is the roominess. Lots of space to spread out. Tables are big enough that you can have coffee with friends without being elbow to elbow. In other words, it's not like every cramped Starbuck's and clone stores you may be used to.

We always try to support local coffee shops when traveling. This one is a up-and-coming chain as I understand. The drip coffee was not very good. I ordered a latte, it came out, warm at best. I don't understand the difficulty in a customer bringing in their own cup. Please train your staff that they can use a customers own cup in a sanitary way without wasting your paper products. If you want to be a good chain, don't just be another Starbucks. Train your employees. Think beyond your profit margin. Make it easy for customers to use their own cups as a matter of fact, why don't you promote it. I would be happy to give this place another try whether in Searcy, Arkansas or Ohio, where the chain started. But please make some changes. Be leaders, think about sustainability. And your employees needs to be able to handle when a customer comes in with their own cup.

Used to love coming here to study with food, the food is great (the eggs aren't), but every latte I try to order now is watered down and disgusting. I've tried for 4 weeks because I really liked the place but I'm done coming.

They have the best coffee and scones in Searcy, in my opinion. But you should devote at least 15 minutes if using the drive thru. Again, I love their iced coffees, but often times I choose to go somewhere else because the drive thru service is very slow and employees working in the drive thru are usually not in a good mood.
