Great food my relatives and wife had the chicken fried steak. Giant plate of food, XL steak, nicely battered and seasoned, very good mashed potatoes, excellent okra and wonderful cream gravy (probably enough for two people to split) As I remember around $18-$20 each for those meals. I had the BLT, fantastic bread and bacon, crisp veggies, the home style fries were ok (would probably get the onion rings next time.) I finished 1/2 the sandwich and saved the rest for breakfast. $9-10.Excellent service, I forgot the young man's name but very nice, came around 2-3 times, brought refills and boxes. Good job, Sir!!Excellent dining experience all around, For the amount of food, 4 people ordering full meals, drinks and tip we got out for under $75... Not bad!!!

First time to eat here. We walked in and didn't see a sign to seat yourself or wait to be seated. Seemed chaotic. Someone said "seat yourselves ", so we did. Took about 5 minutes for someone to recognize that we were there and bring menus. Another 5 minutes for a waitress to see us and she waited on people that came in after we did. We ordered a shrimp dinner and catfish dinner. Maybe 10 minutes later our food came out in a huge amount. Shrimp was very good, but the catfish lacked any flavor and was mealy in texture. Certainly not what I expected and I only ate 1 piece out of 5. We had chosen baked potatoes as a side and we weren't asked if butter or sour cream or whatever. Came out with melted butter and something white on top. Maybe sour cream, BUT your server should ask. Maybe return and try something else. At this point, I really don't recommend.

I went there with 3 other people. The food smelled good. We all ordered a meal and we ordered one appetizer. We got the appetizer and the other 3 got their food. Mine never came. We ask about it and they apologized. Waited another 30 minutes then decided to just forget the meal. When we paid we told them to deduct it and told them again the situation. They just chuckled and said that the waitress was new and scatterbrained. I was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had..

First impression, it's a quaint little diner, small but neat and clean. We had a short wait for a table but not bad. Waitress took drink order first then food order after drinks. Appetizer was ordered, a bit of a wait. Food came after another short wait, 3 of our 4 orders. We were told it should be right up... 30 minutes later we canceled that order and paid the bill. Supposedly waitress was new but not sure she ever turned in that order or wrote it down. Other meals were good but a big let down on the service.
I rarely post reviews, however, this wonderful surprise merits high praise. A friend and I were returning home to Alabama from a week long girls trip. We had spent the morning in the Arkansas diamond fields. We were tired and hungry. We googled restaurants and it happened that we were just down the road. From the moment we walked in until we left an hour later the experience just got better The menu is varied, the portions are generous. My friend and I each had the Parmesan crusted chicken. It came with a house salad, and stuffed mashed potatoes and street corn. My friend asked for regular mashed potatoes and was easily accommodated. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were offered to go beverages and were wished a safe trip home. I plan to return to the little town of Sheridan AK to explore and to have another heavenly meal. I wish they were here in Huntsville, Al. Thank y’all for serving up such goodness . See you soon.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible seating at all tables.

We came here for dinner and a play. Our experience completely exceeded our expectations. The food was absoutley delicious, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the play we saw was more than enjoyable. It was a great evening out. We can't wait to return.

This was our first time there. We placed our drink order and decided on an appetizer while we looked at the menu. The waitress came back some time later for our order saying she wasn't paying attention as she hadn't had that table occupied that day. When we got our meal we asked about our appetizer. She told us she forgot to put it in. Also that when she had put our order in the cook had asked her if she knew what time it was. Then we were asked if we wanted to go drinks. Mind you we had just gotten our food. I got a Ruben with soggy bread and he got the Memphis chicken sandwich which was dripping with syrup. I hadn't even gotten 1/4 of my sandwich eaten when the bill was brought and again we were asked if we wanted to go drinks. The waitress said her mind was just not with it. We was basically pushed out of the place. We are normally very good tippers as we both have family and friends in the service industry. Our services was so bad we didn't leave a tip. We were made to feel as though we were not wanted there. I am new to the area and we will not be going back especially since it was made very clear we wasn't wanted there.
