Staff doesn’t care we ordered and paid for food we didn’t get they keep getting orders wrong. Sweet pea ent owns these franchises and they used to be good but the past few years they have gone down hill…Popeyes should really consider wether or not they want to let this corp continue running there brand into the ground or no there isn’t a Popeyes in central Arkansas that I have found good service. Ordered in store for take out. Chicken and onion rings had been made much earlier and kept slightly warm. Think food would be good if cooked fresh and was at least warm. Sad that they can sell this and get away with it. Onion rings were terrible and chicken only slightly better .$25+ wasted on slightly warmed up food.
Over an hour to get the order correct through the drive through. Placed order for combo meals but when we got to the window we were only given the chicken and were told "that is what you bought" and closed the drive through window. Fed up with it, we went through the drive through again and ordered our fries and biscuits separately and the staff were still extremely rude. Luckily got ahold of the store manager and he said he would make things right on our next visit.
