Thaanks TIM!!! Best DQ experience I have ever had. The cashier, Tim, is the best fast-food employee I have ever seen. Genuinely happy to welcome and serve customers. Way better than the other DQ,s in central Arkansas in both service and food quality.

What kind of ice cream place doesnt have a chocolate cone? No twist or zebra cone. The mocha moolatte was terrible. The large cheese curds was small as heck. Can't judge the atmosphere since its been years since I had been to another DQ, seemed like a nice enough building overall. Some trash was left on some tables. The person behind the counter was nice and polite. He brought the food over to us which was nice. Oddly, he also tried to give us someone elses burger.

Needed a personalized birthday cake, so I placed the order online 3 days in advance (the website says at least 2 days in advance). When I arrived at my pickup time, they did not have the cake ready and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to do it. Then when I received it, not only was the color incorrect (I ordered light blue and they gave me dark royal blue), but the quality of work on it was quite pathetic. I couldn’t refuse the cake because it was the day of my daughter’s party and I had no other choice but to take it. I had to completely redo it at home. Really disappointed with the quality and effort put into this.
