The Taco Bell on JFKI get the new thing is putting in your own order at the KioskBUT...... those who don't know that ?♀️they were pretty rude and was likewe don't take your orders, go over there and do it yourself.I placed my order and waited almost 30mins just do get my order wrong.I will NOT be going back to that one ANY time soon

This Taco Bell location consistently provides great service and generously stuffed, expertly rolled burritos that you can always count on. Out of all the Teco Bells I visit between Saline and Pulaski County, this one is the best!

Got the 10$ box. Theres barly any meat on anything I got. I didn't get the cinnamon twist either. I would like a refund of my 10$. Also had to wait more than 10 minutes to get food. The only thing good was the always friendly lady working the drive thru. World needs more friendly people.

Had wrong order took it back to them after calling and the manager was awesome and calm and very respectful and she made our order right and fast she needs to be noticed for real wish I had asked for her name because that is the first time in my 48 years that I have ever been treated so kindly and understanding and with no issues what so ever after explaining to her the mishap she definitely needs a raise ????????
We’ve come through after midnight on several weekdays. Most fast food places stink late at night. Every time we’ve come through the drive through, the attendant at the window has been super friendly, and they’ve had us pull up to ensure we had hot food if it wasn’t ready by the time we got to the window.

We were sitting and eating, a man came in with two prosthetic legs that stood for approximately fifteen or more minutes waiting to place his order!!!! That really upset us pretty bad. We would like to bring to someone's attention that shouldn't happen anywhere! Thank you.
