First time in two months that our order was 100% correct !! I don't know what has happened with the fast food industry, but the quality of service has been just awful these past several years. I truly believe that half the employees at the various restaurants do not know how to read. That is the only thing that can explain why more orders are wrong than correct.It seems to be that all drive-thru restaurants have this issue, and its nationwide, not just our local restaurants.Anyway, it was nice to receive what we ordered without disappointment.Thanks TB Crew,James & Donna

They closed on a Friday night before 2 am (a hour before they closed) with 3 cars in the drive thru line one of them being a uhaul truck, that you knew was sitting in the line for over 5 minutes. They shut the lights off with cars at the speaker. Just down right rude and unprofessional! After being at work for 10+ hours and not eating all night, it would’ve been nice to enjoy a meal! It even said the hours under the speaker and at the window.

When asked for my name I say Trixie, I spell it even- this guy puts "Becky" on my order. Obviously me, my husband, and my nephew are not waiting to hear "Becky" because that's not my name. My husband goes up to check and sure enough our food is in the "Becky" bag. Plus part of our food was missing and had to be made and given to us in a separate bag. They would not hand us our bag, either, like they did for everyone else- they sat our bag on the counter instead of handing it to us. Clearly we are not the correct clientele for this location, at least as far as the front end staff is concerned.
