The smoothie is off was fine. The only complaint is one size. It’s entirely too big. I would look in to offering a smaller options.

Stopped by here today, had to wait 12 minutes at speaker before someone ever spoke to me. Charged me an extra .50 for splenda substitute. I left without anything, will not be back, will continue to go to the JFK location. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I wasted half of my lunch hour to end up with nothing. I will NEVER be back.

Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. We sat behind 2 cars for over 20minutes after ordering a kids smoothie. I finally left the line to go inside to get it and it was completely melted and gross. They need to get it together. When I went inside, there was no one waiting on food or anything. All the workers were just standing around in a daze. JFK location is 100% better than this one. Don’t waste your time here. Sad to say.

I ordered a smoothie today (Island Green). My smoothie had pieces of a plastic bag in it and spinach that wasn’t ground up. Very dangerous drink with the big piece of plastic in it. I will email headquarters to voice my concerns. Besides all of that the girl at the drive through window was VERY RUDE.

I really like the smoothies and food from Tropical Smoothie.(:The reason for 4 stars is simply because the wait times are often high. Even when it's just a couple of cars in line, you usually sit for a while which can be frustrating. But the staff have been nice and my order has always been correct and tastes good(:

Don’t go to this one. Go to the one on JFK. I’m literally sitting in line typing this and have been sitting here for 20 min the car in front of me is at the window and I haven’t seen the window open once.
They wouldn't make any of the food they have online. Online says they have everything but when I went to pick my food up.. they told me they only make what is on their menu. Which is ridiculous and doesnt make sense why do you have different menus? I won't be coming back since they can't update their menu at all.

Was visiting from out of town this past Saturday 5/20 and decided to stop at my favorite smoothie cafe. I went to the drive thru because no one was there. I approached the speaker sat there for about 5 minutes and finally said hello is anybody there? A female answered and asked me to hold for a moment. I sat there for another 5-6 minutes and decided to see what the hold up was since I was literally the only person at the store. The same female said it’s going to be just a moment. I asked her how long is a moment because I’ve been sitting here for over 10 minutes now. She said about 20 minutes. I asked the young lady so you were just going to allow me to continue to sit here and not just tell me it was going to be almost a 40 minute wait with no one inside? She advised they were short staffed. I didn’t understand why I drove past the window and seem not one but 2 young ladies just having themselves a good ole time snickering at my inconvenience! If they knew it was going to take that long they should have said something rather than allowing patrons to just sit in the drive thru. It was rude and unprofessional! I’ve never experienced such disrespect at any Tropical Smoothie Location the associates are usually friendly and polite. Not this location! I’ll never go back! I ended up detouring to JFK before I went to Sam’s Club. This was a horrible experience! Wondering if the car before me that was leaving experienced the same thing. ?

My paradise point smoothie was delicious as was my Caribbean j*** wrap! I ordered online and it was ready in less than five minutes!
