A couple weeks back I came to this location while I was DoorDashing. I had just had a very bad experience at another store, that I will not name. However, as I approached the front doors of this restaurant, a young man open the door for me and gave the biggest smile and say welcome to Wendy’s come on in. I think I was looking crazy in the face because this was a new experience for me. I figured he had only done this because he was changing the trash that was located by the front door, and just decided to go a little above and beyond. Came into the restaurant, and as I approached the front counter, the front counter worker was also super nice and smiling. She asked me if I had a pick up order because I walked over to the pick up area instead of the register. I explained to her that yes, I did come in to pick up a DoorDash and I provided her the name. She looks down and sealed the bag and says oh wow you have amazing timing. I just got that done for you here you go, sir and you have an amazing day. I was so surprised that this level of customer service I wasn’t used to it from Wendy’s that I had ever gone to before, but those people made me feel like 1 million bucks in the short amount of time that I also happen to have walked into the restaurant, the store was clean the workers were friendly and everything happened so quickly I was in an out. Not sure will see this, but I just wanted to congratulate the entire store on a job well done and a good job with training your associates on what customer service should look like. Continue the good work, and I will make sure that I come back on my own time to get my food from this location!

Shout out to the morning crew!!! They are absolutely outstanding. This is the BEST Wendy's I've ever been in. Clean, clean, and outstandingly clean. The bathrooms you could stay in all day, you just need something to read they're so clean. Everything was OUTSTANDING!!! You could feel the love. Best customer service I've ever had. 100 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to this manger and her crew. Ms. Tyuana is adorable

I thought after the remodel we'd give it a go. We're sadly disappointed. The burgers were old and dry. The buns were crushed. And the condiments were sparse. The remodel is nice, the crew were attentive but the food really let the place

Give this location a chance! Very busy area and they strive very hard to keep up with all the business. Try the new Queso Fries with cheese! Very delicious! Slow but steady service. Nice people work here.
After the new staff has been put in place at this wendy’s, i have never had better business attending this chain! The people were welcoming and even yelled “GOOD MORNING!” They were polite and even took there time to serve us early five minutes before lunch ☺️ will definitely be going here again.

Absolutely horrible. Never know whether the inside is open or not. Went to pick up a mobile order and sat in DT for 20 mins to only be told I had to come in to get it. They could've just easily told handed it to me. I go inside and get my order. Food was cold. Could tell it had been sitting for a while.
