the food was delicious and very fair priced. the service was excellent. the clean, open ambience was quite relaxing and most enjoyable. five stars‼️Vegetarian options: non-mammal meat options (see above)Dietary restrictions: i suffer from alpha-gal syndrome (allergic to any mammal meat or mammal meat byproduct) and the roost menu gave me lotsa options.

Amazing place to eat and the service is amazing! Very fun menu from the executive chef and sous chef. They make a lot of things that are local to the area bought from small vendors and farmers and foragers in the community. If you want some amazing food from the simple burgers etc all the way to very high end, intricate dishes you have to get in and check this place out!! You will not be sorry, I guarantee you! Make sure you check out the full service, high end, classy bar as well!Vegetarian options: YesKid-friendliness: YesParking: EasyWheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: Available

I love this place! The food was GREAT, the service was EXCEPTIONAL, and the menu items were vast and diverse! We enjoyed our ENTIRE experience from the drinks, appetizers, salads, entree's, and the dessert! The general manager, RoAnna, came out to speak and check in on our experience as well. I would recommend this place to check out for good ambience, service, and quality. 11/10 recommendation!

This place a real mess! The manager not only looks rough but her presence is scary. She’s run it to the ground. Only bar open now. All the good ones have left. We don’t go back at all and I wish everyone would follow suit. Let’s get this place a new manager. One worthy of Siloam springs. Yo!

Everything a 5! 1940s car dealership converted into a restaurant, high ceilings, old brick walls, incredibly delicious food, amazing service, friendliest staff, creative menu, in a beautiful historic downtown Siloam Springs setting. Try the Corn Ribs, Rooster Eggs, and Maple Bacon Chicken Bites! Amazing appetizers! Every entree was so delicious! Encourage reservations. Dine here! You'll love it!

A little out of the way from NWA corridor but so worth it! Whether it's a date night or casual meal, the setting is splendid. A former car dealership converted into a modern setting with the kitchen as the interior focus. Watch as gourmet dishes to your over the top chicken sandwiches are prepared. Local foods featured when available. Awesome experience!

Tried this place out while in the area today. Glad we did. Everything was excellent. We were a party of 6 during the lunch hour on a Wednesday. We had 2 appetizers, beers, sandwiches & the special which was chicken fried chicken. Service, food & ambience were all 5 stars.

Waiter had no clue what the menu was. He had spilled my drink and left it there. Everything I had chosen to eat they was out of, or he didn't know what I was talking g about. After I canceled my order he still brought me out a plate. N brought me a bill???? Dude was totally

Gonna have to bring the stars down after this last visit. The server was tremendously pleasant, sweet, and well mannered. She was 5 stars. The appetizer was disappointing. You will find a picture I’m uploading of it. Specifically, the “beer cheese” was too much to stomach. It was over cooked brown gravy at best. It was if someone forgot the cheese part of the recipe. The hamburger was tasty and the toppings were fresh. With a small selection of beer, I was a little shocked they did not have an Indian Pale Ale.I’m not sure what I was expecting tonight. We drove 20 minutes to come eat here with a memory of something that was far better than this experience. The atmosphere was void. It felt like an airport bar. That’s me being nice.

First time here, we loved everything. Matthew took such good care of us. Nice wine collection. Fine dining options as well as sandwiches, pasta, pork chops etc. We had the local lamb burger with arugula, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese crumbles, taziki sauce and red onions. It was delicious ? We will def be back. ?

Usually a great bar and bartender. This time it must have been a new bartender. Inconsistent pours both with wine and cocktails. Meal less then thrilling, limited menu selection, tasted ok, nothing really to write home about.

28 Springs was such a fun find while walking around Downtown Siloam Springs. You felt like you got the best of both worlds between fine dining and a hometown vibe. I have a dairy allergy and they had the most delicious lamb burger with goat cheese that literally melted in your mouth! Will absolutely be returning and trying more items on their menu.

The staff is super welcoming. Stopped by after a long road trip and the staff didn't hesitate to make us feel right at home even though they were about to close. Shout out to Matthew for a killer margarita!

We were camping in Natural Falls and ran to Arkansas to explore. We Googled the best burger in Siloam Springs and 28 Springs was the top choice. It did not disappoint. I had the keto burger and it was a great combination of flavors. My husband had the Arkansas dip BBQ burger. It was one of his top 3 favorite burgers this year. The atmosphere is just right. We asked several workers where the name originated from and no one knew. Can anyone enlighten us?
