I hate this one to the point I'll drive out of my way for a good experience. Cold food, stale fries, and then on top of that, they have a terrible attitude.

Me and my family were standing in line for 5-10 minutes just to order, food came out decently fast. The food was ok, as we were eating we saw a worker in a blue hoodie sweep with gloves on and then make a burger with the same gloves on. Multiple workers were making food without gloves on. This is disgusting! USE CLEAN GLOVES!!!

When your in a vehicle that won't fit through the lobby. You expect businesses to keep their lobby open until the time that it says on the door. This place closes the lobby down more than half an hour early wasting people's time. I wasn't served. So it's one star for this Burger King.

Didn't listen to oder through ingredients food out the window and asked for ketchup and got it trou it un the window at me and to find it all over my car and Jr. Whopper was burned and didn't want cheese and it and put it on burned hamburger

Usually clean but bad service with mostly non-native English speaking employees IN AMERICA. Get laughed at by the employees 45min before official closing time in the drive thru window that they are closed, when they are NOT closed. Just lazy. Tonight we were waiting in the lobby AT THE COUNTER for 10 minutes while the employees saw us there and snickered without any greeting and they were confused when confronted. This Burger King has had very bad management for the last several years! 80% employees working there should be fired on the spot!
