The worst sandwich I’ve ever had. This was the veggie “panini” with turkey added on and a side of potato salad. Considering this place looked cute from the outside and their expensive prices, I expected at least nice bread for their panini; Italian, ciabatta or literally anything other than cheap plain sandwich bread. It was very disappointing. The potato salad had 0 flavor. I also ordered an iced chai latte that only comes in the larger size, and it tasted like 1/2 milk 1/2 water and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 0/5For 2 drinks and 2 paninis it was $40.

I'm circling back on this review. Service has gotten better. Some of the food is really good. Tomato basil soup for example. However, my soup was still a bit chilled, and my grilled chz still had individual pieces of cheese. They were kind and warmed it up when I mentioned it. Glad we have them downtown.

I love Cafe, but after moving back to Siloam after a couple of years, I can confidently say the quality of their actual product has dropped. There is no salt in the dough used for scones, the baker is still in high school with no professional experience (this says a lot about the current ownership and what they’re willing to pay for/invest in), my Bee Loved seasonal latte varied greatly in sweetness from one day to the next, and the layout has morphed into something a little strange and less functional. The colossal cookies are still good, but I imagine that recipe has been locked down since they started selling those. We also ordered paninis here recently; the chicken melt really needed acid from pickles or pickled red onions, etc. to balance the richness, and my partner said his Italian stallion was lacking the pesto the menu said it was supposed to have. The staff is lovely and the cafe is clean.

This is peak coffee house. If you're in your late 40s you should go there and feel the late 90s vibe. Vibe being quiet, person focused, good food and coffee but not precious about it. A variety of seating and the only game library I've ever seen. Plus gaming tables in the back. Go for a few hours and play a game, bring your own, have a coffee or beer, or don't. Meet people.

What a great little find. Stop in,yiu won't be disappointed. The service was excellent and quick and the baked oatmeal was fantastic. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very nice.
