Worst service we have ever had. The man sitting customers messed up so bad that 20+ left because he could not get the seating right. Our waitress never came to check on us at all until she brought the ticket. Will never go back to this location.

Today we went to IHOP, I order the spicy pobleno omelet looked amazing except the thick black hair in it right on the cheese!!! Beard hair. I send it back and they remake it but without any peppers or sauce, I ask the waitress where is all the peppers and she said when the manager makes them he puts them inside, so I get a to go box because loss of appetite, get home, few hours later I am able to eat...nothing inside the omelet, totally ripped me off.

This IHOP location has always had very poor service. Today, the service was the very worst, as in zero. The server (Kayleigh) waited on the table adjacent to us multiple times but totally ignored us. We waited for quite a long time to order, despite only four tables being occupied in this room. I ran out of water and the server handed us the ticket and never asked if I needed more water. She picked up the check/card and I had to stop her to request a to-go box. We haven't eaten here in a long time and will never, ever return.

Was told they didn't have what we ordered on the menu. Watchee people leave in dissatisfaction because they weren't getting their orders. We waited longer than we should have for at least 30 minutes. Asked the server how long it'd be... She didn't put the order in. We won't be going back.

I really like the food but there is always one service member with an not working attitude.. hands on the pockets. Sometimes the silverware is still dirty and the tables are barely wiped clean. They have great service but the one we always get unfortunately who forgot us one time, the other she brought the wrong food and other she was talking to a customer who literally just wanted to eat breakfast without disturbance. Just annoying..
My family came into this restaurant today for breakfast. My papa is a veteran and he paid for everyone’s breakfast. And we have always gotten a veterans discount on the entire meal. But for whatever reason, this time they only knocked off, maybe a dollar off of his meal. We were very disappointed, and definitely will not be back!
