My chicken sandwich was very bland. The bread was especially thin, overly sweet, and bit strange tasting. It didn't seem fresh, and I didn't eat all of it. To the trash it went. What happened?

When you say you don’t take cash and still can’t put in an online order due to any unknown. Reason. Save your money and go to another place. When you’re moving to online age and push people to use the app. Then maybe the App should work. Or maybe use cash like we use to? Ridiculous

I've went through this location several times in the last couple of weeks and they manage to get my orders messed up. When I first heard they had bagel sandwiches back I got a sausage egg and cheese, I went home ACROSS town just to open it up and my bagel being completely burnt. It was hard as a rock. I don't know how they can look at it and think it's good enough to serve. Now today I came through with the line being empty in drive thru and ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel again. I checked it just in case, it was fine.. but when I got home I realized they put steak in it with onions. The customer service is nice, but why is it that they can't get the food right. I work fast food too, I know that sometimes the food items on screen can look similar, but nobody is checking bags once its done apparently.The Gentry location is way better than this one.

Ordered a replacement meal, because they keep messing up. Get parked for 15 minutes. One car behind me and none in front of me. They bring me cold food AGAIN! Just go anywhere else but here- not sure what exactly they are doing, but NOTHING takes 15 minutes to cook here

Pros- double cheeseburger extra onion was the best I have had in years. It was like it came off the grill and they put some salt on it. It actually had flavor.Cons- driving up there was trash overflowing in a garbage can by the building. The cigarette trash bin was disassembled next to it. Inside just needed tables cleaned..I was very surprised at the double cheeseburgers here. I will eat here again. I don't know why all the other McDonald's that burgers taste like nothing..

Every time I've come to this location, orders take far too long to come out. My most recent trip had me waiting in the curbside pickup area for roughly 30 minutes before I walked inside to se if the order was being worked on.The restaurant was far too busy to justify only one register, and multiple people were only in line just to correct a mistaken order.When I got to the counter and explained I had been waiting over 30 minutes at this time for my order, the register employee just grabbed a bag from behind her and said " here it is". I asked how long it had been sitting out, and just got a "I don't know, I just got here". Thankfully a manager overheard and began remaking the order, and even threw in some complementary items which was appreciated.If this was an isolated incident, I wouldn't feel compelled to leave a review, but this has happened to me on multiple occasions.
