I've tried this Papa Johns a few times. Sadly it feels like the crew does not respect pizza or know how to make it properly. Either the pizzas are undercooked, or the cheese/sauce doesnt cover the pizza properly, one time I think the delivery driver flung my pizza in the car as all the cheese was on one half the pizza. I would say it probably is a training/staff issue but I've waited weeks to months in between my tests and have finally decided to write this one off. Frozen pizza as well as other competitors in the same city offer much better pizza for the same price or lower.

This place sucked today!! The customer service was awful. I Doordashed my order. Had to wait over hour and a half..finally had to go pick up my own food..no I'm sorry. No let's make this right..even added extra tip for the driver...when we got there after calling my food was pushed across the counter and nothing said but have a great day..we get dinner from quite often..never had an issue..the heavy set man with red hair just acted like me the customer was not an issue to him...I called Doordarshan after getting no where with business and will be getting a full refund...teach your employees to repect the customer...we make your paycheck...if I treated my customers like this I would not have a job..im a Manger at a restaurant..I do know how it is ..not happy and will not go back..

This is normally our go to place for pizza....BUT, tonight we got a large pizza and cheese sticks and found either 3 green hairs( which one girl had green hair) or green thread out of sweater or something. I got pics, but don't know how to sendto them. This is totally unexcusable!!! Disgusting!!!

Ordered on line 5/19/23 and said the order would be ready in 40 to 50 min went in on the time it stated it would be ready and was told it would be at least another 25 min horrible service walked out and didn’t get any dinner

Got the Chicken Parm Papa Bites delivered for a late night snack last night. The gentleman who delivered them was so polite and friendly that my wife tipped him extra in cash. The combination of flavors was perfect as always. The garlic Parmesan sauce on the outside always excites my pallet, then when I bite through the crisp yet soft bread casing, the grilled chicken, marinara, parmesan, and romano in the center blend together in a way that brightens my senses anew each time! I'm so glad that I can order from them almost any time. They're open really late for Siloam!
