When Ashley is working the Bar area the service and Atmosphere is Great. ! The past three times we have been there she is not there and the hamburgers where just Patty's like you can get at McDonald's. If She is no longer working there we will go somewhere else . We had a great experience at Rib Crib in Siloam Springs today. The food was great, but the best part was our server, Angel. She’s friendly and engaging. She took her time with us. She was prompt with service. She didn’t interrupt our conversations, and yet, she still checked in regularly. She was very friendly and helpful. I’d ask for her the next time we go in!

Bri really made the whole experience she is absolutely the best waitress they have. She just has the best personality and is really sweet. Request her every time.

Ordered pickup, showed up to get it. Apparently it had been ready for quite a while before they said it would because it was on the counter when I got there instead of some sort of heated holding area. Food was all cold.I'm pretty sure this is unsafe food handling.

Service was great have no complaints about food or service but, The men’s bathroom was disgusting, had to clean the toilet and floor before I could use the bathroom,the toilet is nasty like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week, and there is algae growing where the toilet brush was supposed to be, don’t think it’s supposed to look like that
