Literally the only Starbucks that never has cold brew. Each time I go they’re always out. I rarely get a good tasting coffee there. The only Starbucks I have any complaints about. Sucks because it’s the closest one to me.

Ordered two Venti Americanos absolutely the worst I’ve ever had!! Won’t be stopping here again. Was not greeted when entering not a thank you or how was everything. Worst Starbucks ever!!!Parking: Awful experience all around!

I feel like when I ask for extra pumps of sweetener it’s not being applied our drinks were nasty last time and I thought I’d give y’all another shot but it’s not improving.. used to love coming here just tired of wasting money on drinks that aren’t even good..

The service was quick but no really, friendly, just more disinterested kind of attitude. The coffee is gross, just tastes like half and half with whipped cream on top (crème brûlée iced latte) I should probably just give up on Starbucks in arkansas, they so rarely taste right.

Chelsea is such an angel. Every time I go to grab my usual, she’s always been so caring about me and meticulous with my order which is one of my many reasons I keep coming back :) thank you sweet girl!!

Ordered 5 drinks the other day , only to find that 3 drinks were messed up horribly. Called and lady said they would remake it for me if i came back the next time. Came back the next time , only to find out they did not want to remake my drinks. Honestly so disappointing , spending $40 on drinks , and knowing they don’t want to correct their mistakes. Do better Starbucks. So disappointed.
