Little irritated, as soon as I got there they stood there talking not even acknowledging my kids and I for at least 10mins. Then when it come time to doing our order, I didn’t even get to finish my order, I got cut off after saying my kids sandwiches. They didn’t take the time to ask if I needed anything. So we left.

The worst manager ever, I the customer was told I couldn't have or buy anymore black olives on top of my sandwich. I had actually thought the manager who pushed the actual girl making my sandwich had misunderstood me so I offered to pay extra for an additional amount of sliced black olives and was very rudely told I could not have anymore olives placed on my sandwich. I will never order from the Siloam Springs Subway ever again. Until being treated that way it was one of my favorite places to dine. Subway has the best sandwich on the planet and I wish them great prosperity but they have the most disrespectful, unkind and unprofessional female employee as manager I've ever come across.Kid-friendliness: Normally one of the most customer friendly establishment but as of December 2023 I no longer patronize this place or at least the Siloam Springs, AR location.

Update 1/23/24I just give up.3rd time they do the same thing and invert the sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN!!!-----I placed my order online and they build the sandwiches correctly except that they inverted the bread. The black forest was on 9 grain, they made it on white. The Italian was on white, they made it on 9 grain. I assume they don't have a process to ensure the order was made correctly and i was already home when I found out their mistake.May 6, 2020.Second time that they just mess my order up. I guess that they can't read the online ticket. I ordered extra tomatoes, they put no tomatoes. I ordered honey mustard dressing,they put some spicy inedible stuff. Furious! Wish I could give em zero stars!So I call the store and after five tries someone picked. I told him the problem with the order and this guy, Cody, says he can't help me unless I bring the receipts and the sandwiches to verify I'm telling the truth!I told him I don't have the receipt but is an online order, you can see it on your screen. And he said he sees the order but I should have kept the receipt, otherwise he can not help me. And if i want i can call Johnny in the morning. This guy is a jewel in customer service.

Horrible experience all around. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly. Once asked to correct the mistakes, the employees proceeded to make fun of the issues regarding the food amongst each other. We were told the correction would take 3-5 minutes and we waited a good 10 or more just for the sandwiches to be remade. Waste of gas, waste of time, and a waste of money.

Ordered on doordash for a steak n cheese sandwich. When it came , it was so poorly packaged. The wrap was leaked everywhere causing my sandwich to be soggy. All the ingredients inside were so poorly packaged , and was very stingy with the food amount. Paid $8 bucks for a sandwich that had mostly soggy bread. Do better Subway.
