This location does not close at 4:00 AM. I’ve been here well before 4:00, and each time they have been "closed". This has occurred at least five times where they have closed at around 3:00-3:20 AM. It was at first, a "system issue" and then the next time two workers were sitting outside and on quote told me, "you see me sitting outside because the system does not work". I genuinely think that this is absolutely not a "system issue".

I went through the drive thru and ordered a cheesy double beef with no sour cream, got back to work and found sour cream, they do not pay att6ention to customers special requests, I called and the manager was rude. I have an allergy to sour cream and ask for no sour cream. I* should not have to explain my allergy. Asking for them to leave it off should be all that is needed. I will never go back to this Toco Bell because of how I was treated. Customers should be treated with respect and not hostility

The food is good but the employees are very bad at customer serviceI was served by a young woman who, just because I don't speak English well, treated me badly...she kicked the Ventana door when I arrived and when I paid she threw me the change...the truth is there shouldn't be employees like that because many people buy there expecting good attention and one is not going to ask for food...if they serve me well I will even leave them a tip but that person does not even deserve to work there

Placed an online order, waited twenty minutes so they can get it ready without having to rush, then the person in the drive thru said with a very nasty tone "how do you expect me to make this, we have no beef or chicken." Not sure how I was supposed to know that, but you know it would've been nice if they would've called me to let me know. As a store manager myself I thought their attitude was uncalled for and incredibly rude. It's not hard to say "I'm sorry were out of beef and chicken" instead of "how do you expect me to make this"Let's just say I'll never go back there

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It had no chicken or cheese. I was nothing but tortilla. I filed a complaint on door dash, but they said sorry. They offered zero help whatsoever. Trash food and horrible customer service.

Every time I come through drive-thru they forget to give me one or two of my items. Was in a rush so I didn't check the bag and ended up not having 2 out of the 4 things I ordered and not to mention that the employees seem to always have an attitude. Last time coming to this location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Mexicans pizzas. They forgot half our order causing us to have to turn around and go through the entire process again. No apologies, just bad service. It's 3am I have an hour drive and now I'm spending another 20 minutes in line to get what I paid for because they couldn't get it right the first time. I hate when people are bad at their job and you have to be inconvenienced when you're paying to get a product right the first. No offer to run it out or anything else, just bad service. Wait there's more! Went back through the drive thru and they got the order completely wrong. I hate this level of service.

It was around 1:00 am when I got my food. The workers said that they were in a rush, shoved everything in one bag, and sent me, my boyfriend, and our friend on our way. Got home, sat down, and ate and about two hours later I got sick throwing up. I've been throwing up ever since so it's safe to say I have food poisoning and will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

Super cold food! Whom ever is manager right now should do better at making sure food is done correctly. Order through door dash. My dasher was quick on getting my food. I’ve ordered here before and never had my order get to me like this. Very unprofessional.
