The drive through here is absolutely ridiculous. They'll take one car order and then make the next person sit there for 5 minutes before even taking an order. Then have the audacity to ask you to pull up because they only just dropped fries.Today they were out of ice. How?Not to mention the customer service is non existent and the food is mediocre at best. I've had some amazing Wendys...but you won't find that here.

Stopped in for lunch and was delighted by the service. Benjamin took our order with a smile then started to sweep while waiting for the next set of customers. When asked for assistance, he happily paused his sweeping and helped my family out before continuing. I would give seven stars if I could.

Every time I go to Wendy's in Siloam springs Arkansas I'm always waiting in a long line of car's just setting there. Me and 2 other trucks left because we had been there in line for 15 minutes and they still haven't waited on the first person in line.

The staff here are really rude and terrible. No sense of customer service at all. I ordered 6 piece spicy nugget. But when I ate it , they tossed in 3 regular chicken nuggets, no professionalism at all. The employees won’t own up to anything , and argue back even when they’re at fault.
The breakfast was good . Service was very slow . We waited in line for 9 mins with one car ahead of us before placing the order then waited another 8 mins to get to the window .I don’t usually come here in the morning, now I remember why :(

Probably wouldn’t eat here unless you’re up to date on your vaccinations. While standing in line to order we watched the fry/nugget guy wipe the snot from his nose multiple times. Not wearing any gloves and then turn around bare handed and grab fries and nuggets and eat them. Counted 10 nuggets and at least a dozen fries before we got to the counter. I brought it to the attention of the adult at counter and they seem offended I brought it up. Looks to be several managers here and not a person has gloves on while handling the food. Eat at your own risk people. It’s obvious current management doesn’t care about food quality or safety. The lady in pic put gloves on but watched the kid continue to eat fries and nuggets bare handed even while we sat and ate.

Folks on a cold day like today you need a hot bowl of Wendy's Chili, a whole lot better than their competition and at a better price , and today they had peppermint frosty special , oh my this frosty made my taste buds do backflips, just the right peppermint creamy taste . Every kid should have a frosty with their meal .
