I’m a very frequent customer of 7 brew, at least 5 days a week. Recently moved and the tontitown location is the best one to hit on the way to work, but i will say they’re the ONLY location I’ve left multiple times with a bad experience. From my sweet coffee tasting like a sour candy flavor was mixed into it to not so great attitudes from the employees. I usually leave 7 brew in a much better mood from the energy the service brings, but this location seems to have the opposite affect.

Way overpriced and the staff is so busy talking and screwing around that over half of my orders have been wrong I'm so sick of checking for the little things did they add vanilla to my latte why isn't there whip cream o.n this I said it twice you get

If I had known the drive thru was a teenage hang out spot instead of an actual drive thru, well, I would've just went somewhere else from the get go. Sat there way too long just to end up driving off because clearly the teens were all friends and didn't care about actually doing their job. There were, at the very least, three other cars that drove off before us and we saw another leave when we did. I can't imagine it's normally like this but this really soured the experience.
