Wow! Went out to eat with the family and I was shocked at the amazing turn around this place has shown! Service was great the food was great. Nice to see this place making changes in the right direction!

So I don’t normally do reviews, I’ve done only a few in my lifetime with that being said I had to do one here. There was two other tables set when we arrived, it took 40+ minutes to receive our food and our waitress was how I’d describe as “hiding” in the back because for the duration of our dinner 3 of us needed refills and she was no where to be seen. Half of our food orders were wrong and they ended up giving us a discount for the inconvenience which was nice but it was so empty it was really unnecessary for the service to be that sloppy. We still left a decent tip for the waitress because there are bad days for everyone but all in all it wasn’t a great experience. My lovely Grandmother took us out for lunch and she wanted us to have a nice meal. She later told me she felt awful about how it went and wished she could’ve had it be a better experience since it’s not often we could all get together

Only 2 other customers in the restaurant when we sat down. Another 1 came after we all sat there without being acknowledged for 15 minutes in which 2 other women came in sat down and was offered service right away. Parking lot was empty and yet no one could wait on us, as there were 3 servers chating while the young girl payed attention to her cell phone.. very disappointing!!! Dennys gave us better service.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Popeyes is much better. The oriental chicken salad was ok. But the oriental salad fried chicken was hard like it was leftovers. We won't be back.

Food was very salty, too much water on the plate- maybe from the steamed broccoli but it could've been drained more- price reasonable, the 2 for $25 steak and chicken. Portions are good enough. Maybe it's just this location in Springdale, I've been to other Applebee's and has been a better experience with the food. The Mango-rita was good, I asked for blended and they did as requested.

I placed an order through Uber Eats Saturday night, after an hour and a half it was cancelled. Emily at the Springdale location got with me almost immediately to correct this unfortunate situation. Emily went out of her way to follow up with Uber Eats and found out that Uber Eats was the one to cancel. Emily was amazing, kind and diligent and even still offered to pay for my next meal, because of Emily I will continue to order from the Springdale Applebee's through a different delivery service. Thank you Emily! You deserve a raise!

Christopher was an amazing waiter we 10/10 recommend him! He was so kind and funny and had us cracking up! Even though it was a busy Saturday evening, he was attentive to our needs for refills and such. He works so hard and deserves praise and recognition.
Horrible! I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to after this experience. We were one of the first customers there, you would think food would come out fresh but it was cold. Table was dirty and sticky. Dead fly stuck in one of the menus. My sisters cup had dried lettuce stuck to it. Our server was very kind but the rest of the experience was horrible. Hostess was sitting down and playing on her phone.

I come here 1 to 2 times a week. By myself for a drink at the bar or dinner with my family. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is delicious and such a nice atmosphere. If there is an issue they handle politely getting management if they need help solving it. For a couple years the staff and management seemed to hate there jobs OR just didn't want to do it.But wow what a huge change! Definitely will continue to come. THANKS!!

I arrived at 3:40pm and was seated immediately by Devyn. She offered to make a pot of fresh coffee for me and took my order for an Oriental Chicken Salad. At 4:06 I asked Devyn to cancel the salad and bring me my bill for the coffee. I told her she was great (which she was) but that I shouldn’t have to wait nearly 30 minutes for a salad in an almost empty restaurant. Never saw my salad, the manager never bothered to come by to apologize or even check on me, knowing full well what was happening. Great service by Devyn; everything else gets a big fat F-. The place was dark, dingy and dirty. Whoever’s in charge: You need to do better! I won’t be back.

Showed up to get the 14.99 unlimited wings and stuff and was told it just ended, that is what it is, but the chalkboard with daily specials on it right when you enter the restaurant had it advertised. Then I did the online sign up and get a free appetizer. I never received the free appetizer coupon that was supposed to be emailed to me, I check spam folder and regular folder. Lastly and the clearest complaint was the nasty table that was super sticky. It was hard to even get the menus unstuck to look at properly. Its like they cleaned the table with maple syrup. The lighting in there is sketchy too, super dark. Not going back ever probably. We left before ordering.

Bobby Patrino, Walter white, and Jesse Pinkman were there. Great atmosphere, terrible everything else. Where are the Dollaritas? Told different things…disappointed in Applebees but more than that, myself. Waiter didn’t even know where he was forgot the name of the restaurant. Brought out the wrong course. Gonna go have a glass of wine in the shower and rethink some things.
