When is it okay to serve cold food to people. And when is it okay to order ahead on the app and have to wait almost 30 minutes until you make the food again bc it was made wrong. Never coming to this location again. Also the food commercials don't look like the actual food, get it right BURGER KING.

Stopped in for a quick bite, food was fresh, service friendly. Bathroom could be cleaner, no paper towels and the employee in restroom before me did not wash her hands.

Even tho there was no one in the place. It still took a few minutes before anyone spoke to us and ask ro help us. Food was warm and took so long I thought it would have been fresh. Sadly it wasn't while my girls like BK I'll pass this one

Use to like going to this location for quick food on game days at the rec center for a family of 5 I've spent alot of money here and prefer them over McDonald's but lately I can't understand anyone anymore and they always are getting something wrong. I would like to use the Westside location but I'm rarely on that side wish we could get more options on the Eastside of town

My daughter and I went through the drive through for breakfast. We both got French toast and they were WAY under cooked, super mushy, some of them were put in the bag in must pieces, we didn't even eat them. To top it off, the person at the window didn't even respond to my cheerful "good morning"...
