I ordered there lemon pepper white fish and it was raw in the middle. I don't understand how they can mess that up but they did will not be going back.

Ordered the ultimate seafood feast and no butterfly shrimp. Tried to call the store to complain but the mailbox was full. I'm already home so not going back. This happens frequently. I know I should check my order before leaving the window, but they should get the orders right the first time.

Was a little wait in drive thru but well worth the wait. Fish was very yummy cooked perfect, also cole slaw was tasty. The guy at window nice polite.

I've worked right next to Captains D's for 2 years, I eat there all the time, Fast, Friendly, Crispy, Cheesy. Get you some.

For only having a four person crew they did great and they served us in a productive time with only having that many people in the restaurant working. The food was great the service was spectacular for the crew that they had and they were very polite. I would eat there again anytime.
UPDATED 12/18: Jasmine contacted me to correct this experience. She and the weekday crew remade my order. It was extremely fresh and delicious. Give them a try, they really try to go above and beyond for the customer.Visited the drive thru this evening after 5pm. Ordered 2 giant fish sandwich combos. Both sandwiches had burnt buns (we could get over that) and old hard fish (couldn't chew it). Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I'm aware there's a pandemic and will gladly wait for fresh food. Maybe drop the fish when it's ordered.

We drove from three towns over just for the shrimp here. It was my grandson's birthday and we came and got deluxe seafood platters and it was just absolutely delicious. So much better than what we got at Red Lobster at a quarter of the price! And the staff on duty was super nice. We enjoyed it so much and we will definitely be back.

Food was good but service wasnt as good.i specifically asked if the 2 orders of clams I paid for were in the covered meal. Without looking he said, you betcha. Upon getting home I was annoyed to find out this was not the case. Had to drive back. Annoying.

Went there today. Got 2 orders. Food was terrible. I ordered a 4.99 plate, she said they didn't have the 4.99 menu anymore even though it was on the board. I was charged 18.50 for food not fit to eat. Couldn't eat it, went in garbage disposable. Will not go back, or recommend to anyone.?4.99
