I always just pick up my pizza at the drive through window. Everyone there is chill and the pizza is always fire. Awesome dominos

Delivery driver tossed the boxes of food on the ground. The food was a total mess. The sandwiches had slid apart, and the pasta was just as messy. We called the store and the manager we spoke with said we were blacklisted from deliveries. The driver stated we threatened him. That did not happen! Straight up liar. We will take this as high as we can within the company.

I’m not sure what it is but this location always gives us the worst delivery drivers. They frequently argue with us (during drop off) about how the Lowell location needs to be taking our order even though the app defaults to them (as we live in Springdale).We’ve ordered from this Dominos over 20 times and I’d say half of those experiences the orders were wrong or condiments were missing. Lava cakes were smashed in last time we ordered them. Literally looked like someone pressed them all down with a spatula. Wings are always a weird texture and have a smudge of sauce on them.You’ll have a better experience going to literally any other location.

Not sure who was working or not working in the kitchen when our order was made but the quality control was horrible. I ordered a small Hawaiian pizza because this is the only pizza my wife likes. Weird I know! We received the pizza with zero pineapple and for anyone that likes Hawaiian pizza you can imagine how that went over. We ordered 4 garlic dips to go along with the other pizzas and we received 4 icing dips. The cheese dip and bread sticks was absolutely nasty. I will have to say that the garlic bread sticks were actually good but the cheese dip was a disappointment. It was stuck to the bottom of the pan and it just flaked when we tried to get it out. We ended up throwing it away. I would never order from this location again.

Fresh, hot, delicious pizza for 75 kids!! Dominoes knocked it out of the park! I accidentally ordered for a Saturday (supposed to be a reward lunch at a school for Friday). Thank goodness Michaela caught it and called to verify! Not only was she helpful in getting the best price but she made sure we had the best experience! Tontitown Dominoes is the best!

Consistently poorly ran. Never try to get delivery we’ve been unsuccessful numerous times with either getting the wrong pizza or drivers not actually delivering.Best chance if you want a pizza is drive thru even then check it
Very bad customer service. Called to order my food and got the call center and the gentleman that I was talking said he had to transfer me to the store to make my payment and when he did someone at the store hang up on me and called bank and got hang again then by the 3 time someone answered and I was upset by then and I told them to cancel my order. Went on line to make my order and I got a call from the team lead named Brianna and she stated she was going to cancel my order because of the previous call and she said that she did not fell comfortable send her driver to deliver my food. This store has the worst customer service ever.

Terrible service! I like the food, but they get orders wrong more times than they get it right. And forget about delivery, it's going to be over an hour.I pull into the drive-thru and the order wasn't ready even though the tracker said it was, so they told me to drive around in a circling come back through. And then I get to the window and the guy tells me that they just shipped out some of my pizzas with a delivery driver. And that they would have to remake the order. So I sat there in the freaking window while they remade some of my order. They gave me some cold pizzas and some hot pizzas. Ain't this summer terrible service!

Ordered for delivery, as we have done nnnuuumerous times, but this was a type of service we haven't ever experienced from any Dominos. They asked for the address and it was repeated to them three times, and they also requested the spelling, which I obliged. After over an hour, the pizza had not arrived so I called. They admitted delivering to the wrong address, and blamed it on an old phone number?!?!? They said that they would go ahead and redeliver the same food, to which I disagreed. Extremely sketchy establishment, and I honestly don't care to do that again.

The night of Jan 12th the guy and girl working were awesome. I forgot to get their names! I messed up my order on the app . I called and the girl fixed my order. For me with a very happy demeanor! Then when we got there the guy greeted us with a smile. Wish this was our local dominos because the customer service was top notch!
