They put barbeque sauce on my pizza, when I choose that to be on the side, and I didn't even want BBQ sauce in the first place but there was no option for no sauce when I ordered it.

The lady behind the counter stopped cutting up my pizza to get on the phone and start griping about a Giovanni being on delivery. Meanwhile I’m sitting there alone in here waiting on my food whilst she settles her quarrel. Idk if she was on drugs or something but I come to town trying to buy pizza for the family and I see this and wait patiently. Guy on the phone was helpful though! I dont think I’ll be back however.

The young man that works does a PERFECT job making all the things. The sandwiches are crispy...like they are supposed to be and everything is well cooked. When we went tonight, the young lady that was working gave us doughy cheese sticks and a sandwich that wasn't cooked like normal. Did really seem like it went through the oven. So sad.

As an avid lover, and watcher of Dave Portnoys one bite pizza reviews I gotta give this place a solid 4 out of five stars. The pizza is great I love it. Top notch. I like the old fashioned style of the place, but the service got a knock because they told me it'd be 20 mins for my pie and I waited 45 mins. 45 mins is fine, but you need to tell me that. Otherwise pretty dang good pizza.Kid-friendliness: Everytime I order here is with my kid and we always chat it up and like watching them make the pizzas

First off, I LOVE the food. Pizza is always good. But on this particular day, a young girl was more interested in her conversation with someone at the window than helping customers. A major attitude with people on the phone, very RUDE. On top of that, her hair is not contained.....whoever she is, she ruins the atmosphere for your business. Now to top things off, in an attempt to place my pizza in the box, this same individual flipped my pizza in half so the tops were facing one another. As she is rearranging it back to its normal way, I noticed the pizza wasn't cooked. I made her bring me the box, picked up a piece and everything slid right off. Now I'm pissed, thank God for Chris, he came to me and said he would remake my pizza and would make sure it was cooked. He did A PHENOMENAL JOB. THANK YOU CHRIS!

Called to place a to go order and the individual answering the phone said nothing except we're closed. Checked several places online and the hours were showing until 10 pm, this was at 8:40 pm. Very disappointed as we stopped ordering from this pizza place due to quality several years prior.

An employee ran a stop sign(old red car) near the hospital and another employee almost blew the stop sign(black car) almost hitting me on the side of my vehicle and both cars drove on the wrong side of the road so they could pull into the parking lot I then saw both employees walk into the back of the store. This happened at around 2:59 I’m guessing they were late for their 3pm shift
If you want fresh good pizza you have to come here! Top notch pizza and so delicious. Handmade with love!

Don't trust the prices on the on line menu. Said lg super supreme was 15.50, when I tried to order total quoted was $26.....guess I'll get something elsewhere
