The food was amazing....service? Not! Wouldn't want the same server ever again. We were over charged....(according to menu prices) and when we paid her at the table.....she didn't offer me my change. If you go here....have an amount in mind....it was higher than it should have been. A tip should be given...not just pocketed. That's not cool....who does that?
My wife and I went to JJs Springdale on Saturday April 13 around 1:20. The place wasn’t the slightest bit busy. Upon entering the establishment the hostesses was hid behind the podium playing on her phone, never said a word. We found a table and sit for approximately 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Keep in mind it wasn’t busy and there were 6-7 servers several of who passed by us and never even glanced our way. There were two guys who came in after us who were given service almost immediately, still we sat. We eventually had enough and got up and left and went elsewhere. Very disappointing and ridiculous experience to say the least! We won’t be back!

The environment is nice, the people are pleasant, the employees are attentive, and it would be great if they followed the menu.
Went in for lunch, sat at the bar, there was about 10 other people sitting at the bar. Ordered a water to drink and ask for a menu, got the water and the menu. Sat for 35 minutes while the bartender talked to two guys at one end of the bar, then walked past me to talk to two girls at the other end of the bar. So I decided they didn’t want my business today…..worst service ever.

Please don't charge someone for extra dressing on a togo order for them to find out when they get to what ever destination, hotel, house, etc.. that its not in the tied bag.

Crowded and waited a little for a table. We went for the blackened catfish an catfish nuggets. Food was real good but did not enjoy the fries or chipotle tarter sauce. The sauce reminds me of thousand Island and tartar sauce. The fries we ALL the left over runts which most were hard. Overall good meal.
