I ordered chili relleno it was the most terrible one I've ever had! It was not crispy at all it looked like it was just reheated and the man told me that we don't make it here. I couldn't believe the food was not homemade. I was unable to eat it and it appeared to have spinach inside it did not taste like a poblano pepper pepper at all. I felt like the inside of the restaurant wasn't very clean and had a musty smell. The server told me the flan was homemade and it was delicious!

Normally, when we are here, everything is great. I'm hoping it was just an off night for the wait staff. We were there for supper, and we may have missed the rush, but we felt neglected. No ask for refills. I didn't get my second drink. I noticed that others in the booth next to us had to get their own silverware. The food was very good. There was an annoyance when we got there, but that was no fault of the restaurant. Everyone has a bad night. Hopefully the next day will be better.

Food was sub par at best. Had to send back twice for orders that were incorrect. We were excited to try a new restaurant while working in the area but this is a hard no. Everyone seemed too hurried to take care of customers and make sure experience was a good experience.

Sat outside & enjoyed the smell of car exhaust & asphalt during my meal. I leave cash tips but use my card to pay for the meal.The lady up charged me 7.99 at the register.Food was only so-so.With so many choices in the area- pick someplace different.Not worth the money & they will extra charge you and smile about it.

Lots of places to get Mexican food in Springdale but this is one of my favorites. Servers are always friendly and the food is always consistent. They have specials everyday which is nice. Highly recommend!!

The food is okay. Used to be much better. Mya at the front desk has quite the little attitude. She wrang up the wrong item at the wrong price for my to go order. I told her that neither the description nor the price on the register matched what I wanted. She told me the menus were not updated but the system price was correct and that item showing on the register was what I was pointing to on the menu. She didn't care and was not going to listen to get clarification. When I looked at my order, I saw that it was NOT what I ordered and went back in to explain. Turns out, what I wanted was, as I had tried to point out, the lower price and was a different description. If she would have listened to what I was telling her as I placed my order, this would not have happened. I would have had the right food at the right price. When the replacement order came out, she curtly handed it to me with no expression and certainly no apology for the misunderstanding or the inconvenience. I said, "Oh, that's mine already?" and she said, "Yes." and give me a little glare and then turned and got VERY busy with something beside the register. She tried to come across as an intimidating "mean girl" and that does not play with me, at 60 years of age.
Needless to say me and the hubby just wanted a pieceful chill meal and what we got was so disappointing. I order a taco ala cart and got a hard shell. I had weighloss urgery and needed to order from the kids menu and they told me it would be $2 more for being under 12 so that would have made the meal 10.50 yet a normal size Steven’s special is only $9 so why would you charge me more. Service was rediculous. Will never come back

Stopped in to get some lunch with my husband and I am so very sad to say it was not the greatest choice. Chips were stale tasting and when the food arrived it was cold. The waiter never came back around to see if refills were wanted or if the food was satisfactory, I wish I could say this was because the section was full and he was running his but off but there was our table and one other there. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning.

We ordered tacos a la carte and received crunchy tacos with ground beef and were very salty. We were expecting corn tortilla tacos. I also ordered charro beans and they were incredibly salty. I didn't eat any of the food I ordered. Chips and salsa were good. Taco bell would've been better.

Had a great experience the first time and came back for a second, and the service was just not there at all. Got our food before our queso that we had to remind him about.He didn’t know how to speak to people. Rushed the check. And had to remind him of the daily specials. Food was great!! lol but that’s all that was. Thank you Alan!!
