This is the worst McDonald’s. They get my order wrong all the time and this morning I asked for extra syrup at the speaker and it wasn’t in my bag and when I asked for it they charged me 80 CENTS!! For a tiny syrup?!?! ?

I will start with saying I too work in the food service industry. Therefore I am far more understanding than most but also can identify the cause of poor food quality.It was 6pm so definitely during dinner rush. I will point out it is also spring break and all restaurants have been bust at unusual paces and leave little to no time to stop and catch your breath or get a bathroom break. As I said, I am more understanding than most.When going to any McDonald's the customer service is minimal at best, typically no greeting or thank you or anything. So that is to be expected as standard for any location.It didn't take very long in my opinion and my order was accurate. However I had 3 orders of fries and all were super soggy and undercooked. Likely the fry guy was trying to push orders through and pulled them from the grease early instead of allowing the full minutes to cook.Your customers will GLADLY wait for fresh, appetizing food that they paid their hard earned money on.The crispy spicy sandwich was old and had very little spicy sauce. The bun is delicious though!

Ordered a double fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. Didn't order hair but got hair in my first bite. At least an 17" long piece. Called the store and they were RUDE and argued with me instead of offering to make it right by giving me my money back. Instead I was told "they wear hats". Obviously that's not enough! I work hard for my money and don't want to waste it on bad food and bad service. I'm reporting them to the health department. I just wanted my 6.00 back but apparently they need the money more than I do.. horrible.

Worst McDonald’s in all of Arkansas. Managers are very rude. Every single time I go there, they mess up my order or forget something. A bunch of teenage wannabe kids working there with absolutely no training. They also have a tendency to focus on 1 drive thru lane and forget about the other one as cars get backed up. They always use the excuse as a shift change. Stay away from this McDonalds and go to the one on Thompson instead

They have very poor quality because the order of the orders is confusing and you have to wait more than 1
Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and will not be returning. EVERY single time we come to this location the fries are literally ALWAYS cold no matter how busy no matter the time they are always cold. End up waiting at the microphone for so long before getting acknowledged. Get rung up for the wrong items even though the item that is said is clearly listed on their menu. They even repeat the number and letter back of the combo you want and STILL end up getting the wrong one. I won't be coming back to this location ever again. It's always bad. Always. Every time. Waste of money here. I didn't want the mccrispy I said the 2C I wanted the 2C! It was repeated back to me "2C" and y'all still gave me the wrong thing! Just for future reference if anyone ever orders the 2C at the microphone it's a QUARTER POUNDER DELUXE! You'll never get it from me again though. Thanks for ruining my meal. Oh good luck to anyone that tries to call also, they simply do not care at all and let the phone just ring. You will never reach someone. Good luck if you dare to eat here it's always such a terrible experience.
