This is the second time this week placing a mobile order, we have been told to move to a curbside number for "4 minutes for the fries" and ended up waiting over 20 minutes only to receive cold food anyway. At least offer something for the extremely long wait times if you're trying to cheat your drive thru stats.

Do not go to this McDonald's on a Sunday night. I had an online order posted at 8:56 PM, arrived at 9:01 PM, was told we had to wait 4 minutes for fries and had me pull into a mobile order spot. They brought me the food at 9:21 PM.

I live pretty close to this McDonald's. It's one of the worst I've been to. I had a manager get a little sideways with me. He claimed I ordered something I didn't. What happened to the customer is always right.Tonight I ordered my son a 4 piece nugget happy meal. When they handed me the food I asked if there was bbq sauce. The guy at the window said yes and even gave me an extra to be safe. We got home and my son pulled out a hamburger.

Stop pulling customers up to save time on your DT.I've been waiting for 15 minutes for a 6 piece nuggets and small fry. Wouldn't be as mad, if I didn't get pulled into a spot. It gives the impression that you have forgot about them.

Went in to eat , ordered a meal that never came. They where getting people's orders wrong.One of the managers came out and started yelling at me saying I was rude..I was just setting not talking...So I got up to get out of there she followed me out the door going nuts at me...Some one from McDonald's needs to give me my money back.

Foid was sloppy and very messy. Also when peoples orders are not right have them park so the rest of us can get our food. I ordered ahead because I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I spent 23 minutes in line. I had to eat so fast it made me sick.

They never get the order right, it always takes forever, and my food is always cold. If I’ve got to wait, I don’t understand why my food is always cold. After further review, my burgers did not have extra ketchup or extra pickles like I ordered they were also missing the onion standard on them.

So I am sitting in this McDonald's for breakfast. The entire staff is shouting back and forth to each other. A bunch of nonsense. Wondering aloud (VERY LOUD) when so and so gets married, who will wear the dress? Nearly totally ignored us. They spoke only 2 word when we went to pay and when they brought out the food. Very unprofessional!

My debit card was not working so I scooped all my change, was starving because debit card didn't work all day. I went in with some change to get only food I'd had all day at 6:31 pm. Mcdonalds employee with long hair and Grey shirt paid for my food out of his own wallet and took the little change I had and gave me a meal double cheese burger and small fry. This gentleman should be assigned with the greats of history. Good people still exist. Thank you sir. Who ever you are. I was so hungry I didn't catch the name. Just had to eat. Thank you again sir.

I had my first ever Big Mac and it’s pretty good. Even had some nuggets with it that are always good. Of course the fries are always cold when I get them but it’s fine cause I was going home so I just heated them up for 15 secs. The service was nice as usual, it didn’t take long to get my food so I really appreciate it overall.
