Went with the brisket nachos. Didn't know what to expect since I am not a bbq nacho fan. I was plesently surprised. The brisket was well seasoned and smoked perfectly. Great combination with the cheese, sauce and jalepinioas.

The taste of the homemade sauce, the effort in tenderizing the meat, choosing the right smoke and spices. Each step is a dance to a delicious completion which, with one mistep, could cause a dissonance in flavors. I was lucky to find this truck. NWA is not lacking in BBQ. We LOVE our BBQ. The owners opened this gem only last August and, honestly, they're onto something here. The brisket is tender, the ribs juicy and smokey. The shredded pork moist (yes, I said moist) full of flavor. And the Banana Pudding? Get more than one. You'll crave more later, trust me! They create their own BBQ with honey from their own beehives. Honestly, you can't get more local than honey from our own backyards! Should you try them? Yes! Should you go back over and over! Yes! You will not be disappointed. Go. Now. Shoo. Get good BBQ.
