I am extremely disappointed in the sunset Ave location. I have been twice recently and had terrible experiences. The first time I emailed corporate about a hair in my food AND the workers in the drive thru activity making fun of a customer who could not roll down his window and had to open his door to grab food. (This email was never acknowledged) Today I went and the lady taking my payment was professional but there were two ladies standing behind her making fun of someone who had a lisp/stutter and could not correctly say “chipotle” this is EXTREMELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR.

This place is terrible. I came here after a 7 hour shift hungry af and just wanted slims my wings had no sauce and let’s not forget the rudest drive thru employee I’ve ever had. Told me they had Mac and cheese then a friend got on mic and said they were out as in playing around and I told them it was disrespectful to say u have it and for a little game to get on in a joking way and say your out. Then when we met at window the manager was there with the worker saying they didn’t have Mac and cheese after ringing in the whole order and first playing around saying they didn’t have any. Worst experience ever. Every other time I come I ask for a shake and the machine isn’t working or they are out of mix. The kids working are always playing around and never actually working. So irritated and disrespected im calling corporate in morning. Don’t have kids work if they can’t be trusted talking to customers that come multiple times. Be mature at your work place. You never know who is going to come to the window one day and what kind of day they have had. Treat people with respect ! Do better slims.

If you compare the size of the chicken strips to the ones served at Raisin' Canes you'll realize you get more for your money there than here. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
I am one of the biggest fans of Slim Chickens Inc. and for the most part I have not had too much of bad experience with the 5 or 6 restaurants I frequent. Obviously, I can't really complain about the service, which the girl working window was pleasant enough for a drive thru. Whoever prepared, packed, and served me my $16.45 meal needs to be put back through some sort of quality control. The fries where a mix of cold stale and some fresh, the wings (which I normally recommend to my guest) somehow was a mix of under cooked rubbery skinned and hard to chew dry and cold meat. Although the tinders were the best in the box, if you added all the pieces together didn't come close to 5. I hope this gets the attention of the "GM", because Slim Chickens is really my last resort for fast dining experiences that normal don't make me feel like I do right now, which is taken advantage of because some people don't really give a $@#! about quality and value for the customers anymore.

The Slim Chickens off of Sunset and 412 between Deja and then the late night drive-through girl you guys have a really good team going on and I just want to say I come in at least every other day and it’s a pleasure to be treated with dignity, comedy and respect And the food is great and I just wanted to give a shout out to those people and all the rest of the workers there that make the food and everything my favorite restaurant in the whole wide world. I just wish you had some up in Wisconsin. ……. Otherwise, I go all summer without my slims, and I am addicted! Shout out to you. Keep up the good work guys thank you oh and not to mention the red velvet milkshake and also the Cayenne chicken ranch sandwich is amazing.

The best tender place around , pass on big chickens 15 bucks for 3 tenders and go to slims you get points for money off and you get definitely more then 3 tenders and a small order of fry’s for 15$
