Was ordering a drink at 5:00pm on 03/21/24. I ordered a RT diet cherry limeade with no rind and extra lime flavoring, and extra cherry flavoring, and mango flavoring with easy ice at the drive through. While I was ordering, I hear a person yelling “That is a dumb way to order a drink.” I heard the yelling while the person taking my order is trying to confirm. At this point, I stopped talking and waited. The person taking the order then explained that there was no lime flavoring, just squeezed lime juice. I said that was fine and drove to the window. I paid an and was handed at RT 44 cup that was almost completely full of liquid that I almost dropped as I was not prepared for the weight. The person at the window had a very sullen attitude that when I left, I poured out my drink because I was in fear that my drink may have been adulterated in some way.I like going to this location, but will not go back in the evening anymore.

I always order via the app, and I usually only have to wait a couple of minutes when I arrive and check in.

Kinda disappointing when you order a burger with tomatoes and onions as the only vegetables on a burger. But you get a burger with tomatoes and lettuce instead.

Paying same cost as a sit down menu waitress restaurant to sit in your car was my first thought on arrival. 15 dollars a person for very average burger, fries shake combo seemed ridiculous, one Rt 44 4.89 ?? Food was terrible sloppy greasy mess, fries floppy and soft drink was all ice. Will never try a sonic again don't recommend them to anyone

Kinda seems like they don't care how they make the food. I got the super sonic breakfast burrito. And it wasn't evenly proportioned with the meat and jalapeños.

For fast food, it's okay. I love their real fruit slushy. They're not too sweet.

The King is Dead! There is no new King for to live! After 6+ long years of living in Seattle, WA and the closest Sonic 1 1/2 hours away. Longer in traffic, more like 2 to 2 1/2 hours. And that's if there's no accidents. Yes, I worded the opening correctly. Sonic has once again changed chili recipes. The first time back in the mid 2000's was just spices, now, and I don't know when they've changed spices/ratios, and added mashed up beans to the chili. They of course will claim the used beans all along and didn't change the spices or ratios of spices. But as a life long Sonic chili fan and eater I can tell. Hornell no bean is the closest to original Sonic chili. Plus they've changed the hotdogs. Doesn't taste the same needs less poultry in it, like none. Service was fast, the servers friendly. Just so disappointing on taste and texture. Be still my besting heart for the King is truly Dead!
