Seemed like the didn’t care. Sat in drive through for 10 minutes behind one other car (who only had one drink), 2 other cars in the parking lot. Never acknowledged us at the drive through window, and we still sat there for another minute or two and left. Things could have been going haywire inside, so hopefully this review will be a gentle reminder to at least communicate if there’s a delay. Don’t just let people sit there

This is usually my favorite shop. But this day none of the staff greeted new customers. Had to "grab their attention" for service. Got drink ok, but had to ask again for food item. Drink & food were good. Someone had dropped their drink on the floor prior to my arriving and the mess was still there when I left.

It's pretty much a typical Starbucks. This one is part of a strip mall.Parking: There is free parking but they're not that many spacesWheelchair accessibility: The ramp from the handicap parking space is well marked. Would probably be a little challenging to get a wheelchair in between the rows of tables if people are sitting there, but it is possible.

When you get something off the menu and they make it wrong ?

You know I am a very loyal customer I spend on average $200 a month. I considered that to be pretty loyal I order the same stuff over and over again. Now I have to order my double smoked bacon and cheddar cooked open face because the bacon's always not cooked. And it's a wonderful sandwich if it's done right but get in them to do it right even if you order it cooked open face is almost like pulling teeth this is what my last three sandwiches looked like. Not happy because I am always in a hurry and you would think me telling them to cook open face would fix it. But it doesn't And here lies the problem why should I have to order something special just to have the bacon done It should be done no matter what really very close to switching locations when I say location I mean brands.

I’ve been here twice this week because this location was on my way to my work sites. Both times the person in the drive through was pretty rude and had a bad attitude. When I ordered she didn’t tell me my total and went silent on the intercom (normally they tell you the total or when to pull up to the window). The girl also shoved my food and drink at me and didn’t ask if I wanted a straw and didn’t give me napkins, which they normally do at other locations. I had to yell “wait I’m sorry-” because she slammed the window closed as soon as she handed me my food and drink. She closed the window so fast that I couldn’t even say thank you to her. I asked her for a straw and napkins and she kind of threw a straw at me without saying anything back and didn’t give me any napkins. All of the other locations the workers are generally happy so I would go to any other location and not this one.

Awesome service! Fast and friendly customer service. Drinks are always consistent. Never tried the lunch items. Turkey sandwich was good. Chocolate croissant is great.

I was here 4 mins before 9:30pm and they closed way before that! How is it that it says they close at 9:30pm but close 10 mins before that?! So disappointing! I wasted my time rushing here only to have them close early! So wrong! I am never coming here again!

There were a few people in the store no line and we waited while the person behind the counter was cleaning the oven. Cool no big deal she’s busy. We waited about five minutes finally the guy from the drive through comes over and rudely asks for our order. They acted like we were an inconvenience. Go to 7 brew way better service.

Um hi or "Osiyo" as my Cherikee ancestors would say. My name is Charles William Boone and I'm from Mariana, Arkansas originally. So I didn't taste Starbucks until I was about 22 and I just have to say it was quite literally a life altering experience. Howard Schultz may have a history of shutting down union efforts but he is in the business of opening eyes. I can still remember the first Starbucks drink I ever had, it was a Venti Soy blonde latte with an extra shot of expresso. Ever since I have been a beaver dam overflowing, a river run wild, absolutely addicted to this amazing infectious energy. Since I have started drinking Starbucks I have had the energy to see life in a more positive light. I saw an elderly Chinese man shazaming "Africa" by Toto inside a Panda Express and I started crying. I heard "Its Not Just Me, Its Everybody" by Weyes Blood on the way to work and I had to pull over to cry. I have been crying a lot more since getting addicted to Starbuck's sweet nectar but the tears I let fall are tears of joy. Tears that could give life to a flower or a vegetable that feeds a little boy who becomes president of science. Thank you Howard and thank you Starbucks.
