Its been awhile since Ive been to subway, and im starting to remember now why. Absolutely terrible. Brittany was extremely slow, and when I tried to chit chat with her and ask her how her day was I was ignored. It took well over 5 minutes to make a sandwich. She put the roast beef on 1 piece at a time and it definitely wasnt enough meat. The other lady was obviously frustrated and having to help her, I could understand if she was new, but her hat had a tag on it that said 10 years service.The tiles were broken and I tripped over a few. Two of the sodas were out of order and the ice was out as well. 22 dollars for a sandwich, chips, and a soda is ridiculous.

App wasn't letting us order online for the bogo 50% off. We came in to the store and they wouldn't honor the discount, despite the issue being entirely on subways end. Other stores have honored it for me in the past if their app wasnt working(very finnicky). Sandwiches are typical subway, subpar customer service

1 star because there isn’t an option for 0. Customer service is nonexistent. The lady that answered the phone today mumbling under her breath about how crazy it was that I was calling in… “simply because my order was wrong” WHAT?! When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. After asking for her name or another associates name so I could let the manager know who was working tomorrow when I call back, she proceeds to hang up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and immediately hung it back up. Staff, or at least this member of the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Awful experience all in all.

Placed an order online, the order didn't show to go through but charged the card. The store wouldn't offer a refund, or the food that was ordered. I spoke with the manager, and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Unbelievable! Will not return!

Last week I went to subway and ordered 2 6’ sandwich when I told them I didn’t want pepperoni on my sandwich they charged me .99 cents extra . They said they have to charge if they change the order. All never come back to subway. Firehouse sub has a lot better food.

This rarely happens at any subway I’ve been too, but shout out to the individual who prepared our sandwiches and labeled them! I didn’t have to open everything trying to figure out whose sub is whose! Thank you!
This locations always been kinda bad but today I walked in and the two employees working just looked at me and didn’t say anything one of them walked to the back the other was re filling the veggies and finally after about 5 mins of awkward silence with out being asked or told “give us just one second” I ended up leaving with out saying anything definitely not coming back here again
