This place needs a serious attitude adjustment. The people who work here around lunchtime are repeatedly rude and condescending.

Online store hours say 10 pm but the doors were locked at 8:52 pm. Older lady is quite unpleasant every time and sandwiches are overpriced for quality. Don't know why we go back always end up disappointed. Staff turnover needed, that’s for sure.

Waited 20 minutes to order. There was one lady working the front very slowly, had another male employee doing who knows in the back. There was only one customer in front of me, granted he did order quite a few footlongs, but she didn’t ask for help from other employee or apologize for the wait. He came out AFTER we waited for a total of about 30 minutes to order/get our food. We got 3 items. 1of 3 was actually warm like it was supposed to be, and it was all pretty nasty. Overall the experience was terrible, and I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Do better.

Here’s what I ordered : #7 Mexicali on multigrain bread , Sun chips and a drink.First things first , SERVICE:Service was subpar. Not the best service. The lady who prepared my sandwich wasn’t very friendly and also seemed like she didn’t want to be there .. not very welcoming. Service was also extremely slow .. I don’t blame the lady , I blame management. They could’ve had 2 sandwich artists to speed up their service . I waited a total of 14-17 minutes for me to be attended and to have my meal prepared. Only reason I stayed was because I had a subway coupon I wanted to redeem.Let’s talk about THE SANDWICH:I have no complaints with the sandwich. I literally created the thing haha. The quality of meats looked presentable and tasted as I expected it to. The bread was great as well.Cleanliness of restaurant:Restaurant could’ve been cleaner. I saw some crumbs underneath the table. Both their tea dispenser were dirty.Overall experience:I just wasn’t satisfied with the service.Would I come back? Yea if I had coupons but probably not to this location.What can y’all do better ?I think it all boils down to poor management. You guys need to better . I've been going to this location for lunch for a few years now. In my opinion, this place needs an entire staff turnover. I've never had a positive experience with any employee there. Every single employee acts like they'd rather be anywhere else than working, and then they take it out on customers, showing a lack of service and bad attitude. Customer experience 0/10. Onto their food products, the sandwiches are ALWAYS made messy...staff needs trained asap how to apply dressings and "close" a sandwich. Next, order a salad and don't expect any more lettuce than what's added to a 6 inch sandwich (even a veggie sandwich), if you ask for more lettuce, you'll be told no! I walked out, no way I'm paying $10 for a sprinkle of lettuce for a veggie salad.I'm sad they closed the mall location a while ago, I don't have one nearby for a quick lunch anymore. Do better, Subway!

Food was ok, a bit messy. The main reason for low rating is because they cherry pick what coupons they will accept. You can have a the whole sheet of coupons from the add and they will only accept some. Just be aware.

This is the best local subway location bar none. Good management, good crew when they can keep em. Takes care of the customer and the food is literally always consistent and good. Pay your employees to stick around pay the hard working management more cause this is how you do a chain restaurant.

Grouchy, bad attitude lady working there, most likely same one from previous post. Ruined my sandwich by adding a huge blob of Mayo & not caring even after mentioning it to her. All while before that she was skimping on the ingredients, all except for extra onions. Very rude & just terrible service, hate to see someone bring a business down like that. Not to mention all the gnats flying around all the veggies & her not caring. If you hate customer service so much, find a different job, don’t take it out on the customers.

Terrible service, completely wrong order and me an my wife even ordered a head of time. The guy that handed us our order even had ear buds in listening to music. Maybe that's why our order was wrong, he wasn't paying enough attention to his job.

Order# BBCEB2E8-79 Me and my wife received our order completely wrong, the guy that handed us our food even had earbuds in, maybe that's why our order wasn't done correctly because your employee wasn't paying attention and wasn't doing his job. Terrible service will never recommend, a disgrace to the real and respectable Subway restaurants, this place isn't worth your money. #12 on our order was missing avocado, banana peppers, onions, and also had pickles added that weren't asked for, not to mention it tasted terrible, #30 on our order was missing tomatoes onions, and pickles.
