Came in the restaurant sat the table and it took at least 10 minutes before the waitress even came to our table. She was to busy setting and talking to other customers.Finally got some coffee and menus, took her at least 10 to come back and take our order she continue setting and talking to other customers.Finally came back and took our very simple order. While waiting on our food she never came once to ask if we needed more coffee.It took 25 minutes to get our food and when we finally got the food it was cold. And we finally got some more coffee. The waitress was to busy gossiping with other customers to see if we needed more coffeeFrom what I observed the only reason why we got our food when did was cause she to place another order.Never once did she come to see if we needed more coffee while we Waited on food. The food sat back there while she setting and talking to other customers like we were nothing.I worked in restaurants for 10 yrs I understand you have your favorites and you like to gossip and talk to them and them feel special but there are other customers like to be waited on and there coifffe and food served in a timely matter.And when we finally get our food it’s not cold, like our food was today.I was going to seed our food back but my sister wouldn’t let me. Maybe she was having a bad day or something. Maybe I am old fashion but that’s not the way you treat your customers if you want them to come back. The word of mouthgoes a long way.The service was terrible and it has been the last few times we have been in. Thinking it might get better and give it the benefit of the doubt. But shame on us !!

I've eaten here three times and can't believe I had not left a review! Sunset grill has the best breakfast in the area! Fantastic omelettes!

Food was greasy and management lacks customer service. Initially asked if they had wifi and I over heard management say "it's a long number and I'm too old to go looking for it or crouch down" the waitress came to me apologized and I said it's ok. First time here and I let them know that I was looking forward to tasting their food. I noticed they were very friendly with their regulars, which is nice for them but not so much the new folks coming in. I ordered a hash brown platter and it was extremely greasy, I couldn't share it with my toddler. I asked for a box and a check so I could go home and quickly feed her. I let the manager how my experience was and she said "I'm sorry" I let her know I wasn't going to finish my food because it's too greasy and not anything that I'm used to for breakfast. Management said "I'm sorry it's not supposed to be greasy" and I went on my way. 3 stars for the lovely young lady who was very attentive and had the best customer service there. I think she's new too!

Food is always amazing! Today I ordered a big order for pickup. The sides were missing from three of our meals. Sunset Grill noticed and called to offer to bring the sides to us. They are so nice and genuine. They didn’t have to do that at all. They even reheated the sides for us before dropping them by. I definitely recommend!

Big open floor, close to half of the restaurant was full. Service was decent. Eggs were actually really good, hashbrowns were fresh for the most part. Sausage was surprisingly good and flavorful. Then the toast was decent. It wasn't crisp how I typically like my sausage and hashbrowns but it was fresh & didn't taste like frozen food. I would go back again if in the area. If service was better I would say it's a four.

Every time we come to Springdale we always make sure to stop for breakfast at least once. The staff always greet us with a smile and the food is always delicious. Staff are kind and charitable. I can't even think of the smallest complaint other then we don't have on where we are from.

Service was terrible the waitresses are trashy if you want inappropriate comments and horrible attitudes then this is the place for you! There's also some blonde who works the counter LOL it's a joke unprofessional unorganized inconsistent. In a months time it went from a clean professional atmosphere to a place I will never bring my family again!!! Susan's is the way to go if you are looking for a good breakfast spot in Springdale
