LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Kimberly R has some real serious problems - she didn’t want to listen when we made our order and didn’t add items we wanted because then told she wouldn’t add one at the window. I then said very calmly well we told you about these items but you didn’t add them - she responded with in a very rude and snappy tone “well there’s no need to start a argument”We get our food AND SHE DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM RIGHT THEN WANTED TO YELL AT ME ABOUT IT.Like hire better employees - maybe some they know some customer service and aren’t so mentally unstable and fly off the hinges when something is inconvenient for her.

Terrible location. I can count over a handful of times where they get the order wrong, or forget something. I keep going back stupidly, and it’s wrong EVERY TIME.
Everything I ordered was half the size it should be. Chalupas had tiny flakes of meat on them. I’m not even half full and I spent over $20. Guy taking our order sounded drunk and he forgot he gave us our drink after 2.5 seconds. I never write reviews but this experience was so horrible. I will never take the chance of eating at another Taco Bell ever. Huge rip off.

It’s my bad cuz I don’t check to see if the amount of items are correct. I learned to start doing that. Now I open the items and toppings and s customization are wrong. Is someone sabotaging on purpose cuz at one point this was the best tbell.
