Placed my order to Fayetteville on accident. One of the employees I believe his name was uzi (not sure how you spell it) asked what was going and made the order there immediately. They didn’t have to it was my fault but still he helped me out

It's my 1st time going to whataburger and I just expected it to be waaaayyy better. It was all hype. The chicken tenders had more flour than chicken and the toast was kind of burnt. Customer service was great though ?

I went there twice. First time was take out, the second time was dine in. Both times I ordered the fish filet sandwich. It was light, crispy, and the fish was tender, just right. Unfortunately, it was a temporary item, available for a short time. I hope they bring it back soon.

The burgers were put together very sloppy. Tenders were definitely old, dry and kinda hard. It took about 15min for our food. Fresh and rest of food was luke warm at best. There appeared to be at least 6 people in the back.. not sure why it took so long. Our cashier was very nice and helpful with questions regarding menu as it was our first time. Also the price was not bad. One adult meal and two kids meals under $25. If served fresh and put together with a lil care, I feel it would have been really good, as the fries were still tasty even when cold. I may try again sometime, or the Fayetteville location maybe. I feel there is great potential with proper execution put forth by the staff.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are very cost efficient and have an entree, drink, side and dessert of choice.

Passing by on our way to Kansas, I stopped here for some food. This Whataburger is very clean very friendly. Betty, the woman at the register was very nice and very kind, she kept busy between customers. She was constantly wiping down tables and the trays. Even the door windows were clean! The bathroom was spotless and I didn’t feel the need to disinfect myself after using it. Great customer service , fresh food, clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend.

Driving through and stopped for lunch. Best service from Betty so polite and helpful. The young man the brought out our food was so respectful and attentive. Clean restaurant even the bathroom was spotless! Food was fresh and made quickly. Truly impressed.
