The food is really good, the burgers are large (1/2 pound, I think). The atmosphere is nice. Very friendly, informal style. Prices are fair.

In my humble opinion, this place I would consider High cotton. and woo woo u know the prices was not any different ! My wife n I, spent 63 $ on ONE MEAL, I mean...that salad was good and all but my son had to eat a 5 $ piece of fish because they say that they don't offer any version of a child's sized hamburger or otherwise....even calling and ordering ahead they couldn't do the meat and the bread AND ketchup as well. ;) don't you ever even THINK IT.

I always get my stuff to go in between patients. The food has never disappointed. I usually get the Mexican chicken salad
We walked in and sat down to order at appx 12:15. Our order got taken at 12:30, and we did not receive any food until 1:10. As well as, we were not offered any refills and only checked on when I approached the two servers. The servers were friendly, just untrained. The food we did receive was really good considering the bun was smashed and the bacon cold. Overall, given the training of the cooks and servers, this is definitely a place that you need to call an hour in advance to get your order placed, and then expect to wait the normal service time when you do arrive.

each time i have come here there has been multiple issues. i have received my food cold. as well as had to sit at my table with my cup empty for close to 15 minutes while it went unnoticed. the service of the waitresses here is awful. once you get your food then won't speak to you again nor check on if you need drinks. i had to walk to the back of the restaurant to get my own refill. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place, BUT $6 for extra meat on a Philly?? It didn't even look like there was $6 worth of meat on the sandwich to start with. And on top of that, our order was wrong and we had to wait an extra 20 mins to get our food. I only eat here every so often because it is just so high priced. Very disappointed with my experience today.

We often stop here at JB's Speedy Burger in Star City for lunch and dinner! Oh, and random ice cream stops, too! This little hole in the wall restaurant has the tastiest menu! The service is quick and efficient. Chips & Dip is a MUST every single time! We would much rather eat here than neighbor corporate chain restaurants. 5/5

The waiter should be a bit more considering and ask what needs to be brought out to the table. Instead of waiting until we are done with our ordered food, it should be the first thing she/he asked before placing order.

Food is not that great. Burgers are no better than sonic at best. To me they are overpriced for the quality you get. Also don't think they pay their employees that great. They encourage you to tip the cooks when you do take out.
